Furthermore, a first connecting union and a second connecting union are respectively arranged at a pipe orifice of a liquid inflow end and a pipe orifice of a liquid outflow end of the main pipe of the T-shaped three-way joint.
Further, the inner diameter of the main pipe of the T-shaped three-way joint is consistent with the inner diameter of the branch pipe.

As shown in FIG. 1, the portable cement impurity filtering device comprises a T-shaped tee joint 11, a filter screen 2, a supporting steel plate 3 and a butterfly valve 6; wherein,
the T-shaped three-way joint 11 is a commercially available 5-inch three-way joint with three equal-diameter interfaces, and consists of a main pipe and a branch pipe which is arranged perpendicular to the main pipe and communicated with the main pipe; the two ports of the main pipe are respectively used as a liquid inflow end and a liquid outflow end, and a first connecting union 4 and a second connecting union 9 are respectively arranged on the main pipe and used for connecting the device to a pipeline needing to be subjected to impurity removal of cement impurities for filtering the cement impurities;
the support steel plate 3 is arranged on the inner side of the T-shaped three-way joint 11 and is fixed on the inner wall of the T-shaped three-way joint 11 at an inclination angle of 45 degrees, the inner space of the T-shaped three-way joint 11 is divided into a liquid inlet cavity I formed by a space close to the liquid inlet end of the main pipe and a space in the branch pipe and a filtrate cavity II formed by the rest space, a plurality of liquid passing holes are uniformly distributed on the support steel plate 3, specifically, the aperture of each liquid passing hole is 20mm, and the hole pitch is 25 mm; the filter screen 2 is a metal screen with the shape and the size consistent with those of the support steel plate 3, and the aperture of the filter holes on the metal screen is 6 mm; the filter screen 2 is arranged in the filtrate cavity II and welded on the support steel plate 3 in a parallel and fitting manner, so that after liquid containing cement impurities entering the liquid inlet cavity I is filtered by the filter screen 2, the cement impurities with the particle size larger than 6mm are remained in the liquid inlet cavity I, and only filtrate containing small-particle-size impurities flows into the filtrate cavity II;
a butterfly valve 6 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the branch pipe of the T-shaped three-way joint 11, the butterfly valve 6 is fixed at the pipe orifice of the branch pipe of the T-shaped three-way joint 11 by a flange 5 by adopting a fixing bolt 8 and a nut 7, so that the branch pipe is used as a collecting container for cement impurities, most of the cement impurities in the liquid inlet cavity I fall into the branch pipe below under the action of gravity and scouring, and the small part of the cement impurities is retained at the liquid passing holes and gaps of the filter screen and the support steel plate; in order to facilitate cleaning of small cement impurities left at liquid passing holes and gaps of the filter screen and the support steel plate, an air inlet pipe 10 communicated with the filtrate cavity II is arranged on a main pipe of the T-shaped three-way joint 11, a pipe orifice of the air inlet pipe 10 faces to the center of the filter screen 2, and a check valve 1 is arranged on the air inlet pipe 10; during filtration, check valve 1 is in the closed condition, and when carrying out impurity clearance, check valve 1 opens, simultaneously with intake pipe 10 and air supply pipeline connection for carry the power air supply of clearance impurity to the person in charge of T shape three way connection 11.
