Abstract
本实用新型公开一种医用眼睑手术用防损伤固
定止血装置，该装置是由遮盖板与固定环，通过连接
桩和固定螺杆连接成一个整体，其末端焊接固定夹，
整个装置共由7个部件组成，使用本装置，术前消毒，
术后清洗方便，术中扩大视野便于手术进行，减少术
中出血，固睑和护盖角膜可靠加快手术进度，减少手
术人员，本装置设计独特，制做简便，成本低廉，是一
种可普及的手术器械。
Description
本实用新型属于一种眼睑手术医疗器械。
当前眼科及美容手术中缺乏一种既能稳妥地固定眼睑，同时止血，又能保护眼角膜的装置。因手术在局麻下进行，如没有很好的固定保护措施，术中眼睑颤动或眼球转动均可擦伤角膜，又因眼睑局部血运丰富，没有可靠的止血装置术中可致出血不止，既给患者造成不必要的损失，又遮盖了手术野，给手术进行增加了障碍，延长了手术时间，也降低了手术成功率。目前有的国家虽采用了不同措施，如传统的HOTE，S手术和美国眼病防治中心（VSCA）82年提供的眼用手术护盖罩等均没有解决眼睑固定止血问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过固定止血装置在眼睑手术中的运用，达到固定眼睑、遮盖角膜和防止出血。
本实用新型的内容是角膜遮盖板；眼睑固定环；固定螺杆和固定夹组成的新型眼睑手术器械。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在角膜遮盖板的弯曲端焊接固定螺杆支架，固定螺杆通过其间，螺杆前端装有眼睑固定环，遮盖板弯曲端的下部与固定整个止血装置的固定夹焊牢。
本实用新型的具体结构以附图并结合实施例给予说明：

遮盖板1为凹凸多变形，用薄不锈钢片经模具冲压成型，类似压舌板状，一端呈直角弯曲，其上焊接连接桩3，遮盖板的另一端为半月形。固定环2为不锈钢金属丝弯曲而成，其长度和遮盖板相似，但较其略宽，其与环栓6的结合部为内曲90度的直角弯，适当地套在环栓6两端的凹内。连接桩3为扁圆柱形，焊接在直角弯的弯曲端，其中央有一螺纹孔，使固定螺杆4通过并可任意旋转。环卡片5为薄金属片，使固定环2与环栓6连结不易滑脱。环栓6为短棒状，两端各有一凹，凹的直径大于固定环丝的直径，将固定环2卡入凹内可活动，环栓6中间有一孔，由固定螺杆4穿入并铆住。固定夹7为焊接在遮盖板1弯曲端的内齿夹，此夹夹持无菌巾可固定整个装置。遮盖板1放于被手术眼睑下方，即眼球角膜面上，将固定环2放于此眼睑之上，旋转固定螺杆4，使固定环2前后移动，与遮盖板1共同夹持眼睑达到松紧适度，位置良好，再开启固定夹7，使之夹住无菌巾，整个装置即被固定。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是：设计新颖，制做简单，使用方便，整个装置可固定在手术区，使被手术的眼睑固定不颤，角膜被遮盖可防止被器械碰伤。固定环适当地将眼睑内外眦部固定在角膜遮盖板上，压迫眼缘血管弓达到止血目的，手术可一人进行，不仅扩大并清洁了术野，又为顺利完成手术和缩短手术时间提供了条件，因此适用于眼睑任何部位和角度的手术。
Claims (5)
1、一种防损伤的眼睑固定止血装置，其特征是：遮盖板1与固定环2，通过连接桩3和固定螺杆4连接成一个整体，在装置的末端焊接固定夹7，整个装置由固定夹7夹固在手术盖巾上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：遮盖板1的一端呈直角弯曲，另一端呈半月形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：固定环的2为异形长圆圈，一端卡入环栓6两端的凹内，一端呈半月状与遮盖板1宽松吻合，其中部为斜向弯曲。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：环栓6为短棒状，两头有凹，中间有孔，其结合部可任意活动。
5、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：固定夹7为具有弹性的内齿夹，焊接在遮盖板的弯曲端。
