本实用新型涉及一种门限位装置，尤其涉及一种箱式变电站的门限位装置。
背景技术
目前在箱式变电站制造领域，固定门板的方式是在门缝的四周塞紧硬纸板，并用麻绳捆绑，不仅需要很多纸板和麻绳，造成浪费材料的现象，而且固定的效果也不好，纸板容易脱落，麻绳移位会造成箱变四角的油漆脱落，纸板塞进门缝还会造成门板下垂变形。
发明内容
发明目的：针对以上问题，本实用新型提出一种箱式变电站门限位装置用于固定箱式变电站门，无需纸板和麻绳来实现门板的可靠固定。
技术方案：为实现发明目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种箱式变电站门限位装置，包括限位板和条形橡胶垫，条形橡胶垫与限位板一起通过第一紧固件固定在箱式变电站的底框上，条形橡胶垫覆盖住箱式变电站门的底部缝隙，其两端通过第二紧固件固定在箱式变电站的底框上。
进一步的，所述条形橡胶垫垫在限位板和箱式变电站门之间，靠两者之间的压力固定。条形橡胶垫紧贴住箱式变电站门的缝隙。
进一步的，所述条形橡胶垫的宽度大于箱式变电站门的缝隙宽度，其长度大于箱式变电站门宽。
进一步的，限位板及箱式变电站的底框上相应位置处设有开孔。
进一步的，所述的限位板的厚度为1.5～2.5mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种箱式变电站门限位装置，包括限位板2和条形橡胶垫3，条形橡胶垫3垫在限位板2和箱式变电站1的底框之间，靠两者之间的压力固定。条形橡胶垫3紧贴住箱式变电站门的缝隙。条形橡胶垫3与限位板2一起通过第一紧固件4固定在箱式变电站1的底框上，条形橡胶垫3的两端通过第二紧固件5固定在箱式变电站1的底框上。图2为侧向示意图，如图所示为了适应箱式变电站门的形状，限位板侧向呈Z型，条形橡胶垫3紧贴箱变门，垫在限位板2和箱式变电站1的箱变门之间。
所述条形橡胶垫3的宽度大于箱式变电站门的缝隙宽度，紧贴于缝隙上将门缝全面覆盖，能够起到防尘、防水、防潮、防动物的作用。考虑到经济性条形橡胶垫3的宽度也不能过大，稍宽于缝隙为宜，本实施例中取3cm。条形橡胶垫3的长度应大于箱式变电站门宽。
限位板2由不锈钢片制成，防止长期使用生锈，限位板2的厚度为1.5～2.5mm。将限位板2拆卸下来后还可以重复利用。如图3所示，图3(a)为限位板的正视图，图3(b) 为限位板的侧视图。限位板2和箱式变电站1的底框的相应位置上均设有开孔，用于紧固件的固定。

1.一种箱式变电站门限位装置，其特征在于：该限位板包括限位板(2)和条形橡胶垫(3)，条形橡胶垫(3)与限位板(2)一起通过第一紧固件(4)固定在箱式变电站(1)的底框上，条形橡胶垫(3)覆盖住箱式变电站门的底部缝隙，其两端通过第二紧固件(5)固定在箱式变电站(1)的底框上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱式变电站门限位装置，其特征在于：所述条形橡胶垫(3)垫在限位板(2)和箱式变电站门之间，靠限位板(2)与门板间的压力固定，条形橡胶垫(3)紧贴住箱式变电站门的缝隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箱式变电站门限位装置，其特征在于：所述条形橡胶垫(3)的宽度大于箱式变电站门的缝隙宽度，其长度大于箱式变电站门宽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的箱式变电站门限位装置，其特征在于：所述限位板(2)由不锈钢片制成，限位板(2)及箱式变电站(1)的底框上相应位置处设有开孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的箱式变电站门限位装置，其特征在于：所述限位板(2)的厚度为1.5～2.5mm。
