Description

本实用新型涉及一种带有照明灯的螺丝刀新装置，尤其是在螺旋螺丝时，可以进行直接照明的一种螺丝刀。
目前，公知的螺丝刀是由手把、刀头组成，使用时，手握手把即可工作，但是此种螺丝刀必须是在有光线的条件下方可使用，如果光线较暗或者在夜晚即很难使用螺丝刀工作。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能够照明的螺丝刀，它不仅具有现有螺丝刀的使用效果，而且能在光线很暗的条件下进行工作。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在普通螺丝刀的手把和刀头之间装一聚光微型电珠，在中空型的手把内放入小电池，把导线串通电珠，旋动小开关，即可自如照明工作。
由于采用上述方案，使本实用新型结构简单，实用可靠。

附图中，1、螺丝刀头    2、微型电珠    3、4、导线    5、手把    6、小电池    7、固定后盖    8、活动后盖    9、导电触片
螺丝刀头（1）和手把（5）注塑成型紧密结合成一体，螺丝刀头为高强度金属件，手把为高强度注塑件，手把内中空可装入电池（6），微型电珠（2）装入手把前部预成型的孔内。用导线（3）、（4）把电池（6）和微型电珠（2）串通。旋转活动后盖（8），使导电触片（9）和导线（4）导通，微型电珠即亮，导电触片（9）和导线（4）断开，电珠即灭。活动后盖（8）的一面由直角型的导电触片做成。通过转动活动后盖（8），直角导电触片（9）即可以和导线（4）接通、断开，从而控制微型电珠的亮灭。

Claims (3)

1、一种螺丝刀，由螺丝刀头和手把紧紧联接在一起，其特征是：在螺丝刀头(1)和手把(5)的联接处装一微型电珠(2)，并与中空型手把(5)内的小电池(6)导通，由活动后盖(8)作为开关。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：活动后盖（8）一面装有直角导电触片，旋转活动后盖即可导通或断开电源。
3、根据权利要求1所述的螺丝刀，其特征是：螺丝刀头（1）和手把（5）分别由高强度的金属材料和高强度的工程塑料做成。
