本实用新型涉及水利水电工程调压井顶部保护井盖,特别涉及的是一种适用于陡坡地段、容易塌方和滚石地段及类似地段的取水井的调压井井盖。
背景技术
目前,陡坡塌方滚石地段调压井井盖结构最常用是板梁柱平面结构。该种结构需要的梁柱结构尺寸大,形成的堆积物集中在井盖顶部,加大了梁板外力荷载,堆积物需人工清理。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服调压井板梁柱井盖结构的不足,提供一种结构简单,承力条件好,能改善受力条件,有利于堆积物滑落,并能保证调压通气正常,满足调压井安全运行的调压井井盖。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:
本实用新型调压井井盖,包括置于调压井顶部且与调压井后半部墙体连成整体的半圆形拱、一端与半圆形拱连接而另一端与调压井前半部墙体间有通气孔的穹顶,利于滚落的堆积物顺势滑落出半圆形拱与穹顶,堆积在调压井后半部墙体和前半部墙体外边,减少井盖荷载,达到了调压井安全运行的目的。
上述的通气孔中有支撑连接在穹顶和调压井前半部墙体上的支撑柱,保证井盖受力满足工程要求。
本实用新型结构简单,承力条件好,能改善井盖的受力条件,有利于堆积物滑落,并能保证调压井通气正常,满足调压井安全运行。

参见图1、图2、图3,本实施例调压井井盖包括置于调压井顶部且与调压井后半部墙体3连成整体的半圆形拱1、一端与半圆形拱1连接而另一端与调压井前半部墙体4间有通气孔5的穹顶2。通气孔中有支撑连接在穹顶和调压井前半部墙体上的支撑柱7。采用半圆形拱1与穹顶2构成调压井顶部井盖。穹顶2通过支撑柱7与调压井前半部墙体4相连形成稳定结构。滚落的堆积物6从井盖半圆形拱1与调压井井盖穹顶2滑落到调压井后半部墙体3和前半部墙体4外侧。半圆形拱1与穹顶2上的堆积物大量减少,保证了结构安全。根据调压井跨度,支撑柱7根据要求设置,保证井盖受力,满足工程要求。

1.调压井井盖,其特征在于包括置于调压井顶部且与调压井后半部墙体连成整体的半圆形拱、一端与半圆形拱连接而另一端与调压井前半部墙体间有通气孔的穹顶,通气孔中有支撑连接在穹顶和调压井前半部墙体上的支撑柱。
