技术领域
本实用新型涉及乳液泵领域,具体为一种便携泵喷嘴结构。
背景技术
目前市面上常见的乳液泵,类似瓶装洗头水上使用的抽液泵,可通过按压泵头输出瓶装内的乳液。但随着生活水平的提高,人们对个人卫生安全要求越来越高,已陆续普及地随身携带瓶装免水洗的洗手乳液,为了便携考虑,一般将洗手乳液设于便携泵内。
现有技术中的乳液泵只能喷乳液,对于水溶液型的溶剂无法很好地兼容,且水平按压式的泵头也限制了溶液的样式,抑制了现代社会多样化的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种便携泵喷嘴结构,增加了扩散的喷雾功能,且独特的泵头设计使得乳液泵可应用到多种情景当中。
为了达到上述目的给出,本实用新型的技术方案:
一种便携泵喷嘴结构,包括储液容器和泵头,所述储液容器内设有与泵头连接的抽液装置,所述泵头包括活塞和喷嘴,所述喷嘴与所述活塞可拆卸连接,所述喷嘴内设有导液通道,所述导液通道贯通所述泵头内部且所述导液通道与所述抽液装置连通,所述雾化器置于所述导液通道内的出口处,所述导液通道内设有限流件,所述限流件与导液通道的内壁之间的间隙形成一级限流通道,所述雾化器设在限流件上方,且所述雾化器与限流件之间的的间隙形成二级限流通道,所述二级限流通道的入口与所述一级限流通道的出口连通,所述二级限流通道的出口与所述雾化器的雾化口连通。
本实用新型的喷嘴结构,可以针对水液输出,利用喷嘴内的雾化器来达到喷雾的功能,满足了多元化需要,且喷嘴和活塞采用套接螺纹固定,保证紧固的同时还可拆卸,避免由于喷嘴损坏而需更换整体便携泵的烦恼,降低了更换与维护成本。
优选的,所述限流件为L形挡块,所述L形挡块的水平部与所述导液通道的内壁固定连接,所述L形挡块的竖向部与所述导液通道的内壁之间的间隙形成所述一级限流通道,所述雾化器设在所述竖向部上。限流件缩小了导液通道出口的大小,使得溶液出口压力更大,喷雾效果更好。
进一步的,所述雾化器包括固定连接的引流部和雾化部,所述引流部套在所述竖向部上且所述引流部和竖向部之间的间隙形成所述第二限流通道。雾化器和限流件进一步缩小了导液通道出口的大小,使得溶液出口压力更大,喷雾效果更好。
优选的,所述喷嘴内壁设有卡接槽,所述雾化器外围环绕设置凸起部,所述凸起部与所述卡接槽抵触,使得所述雾化器套接在所述限流件外。
进一步的,所述雾化口包括多个扇形台阶连成的雾化环,所述雾化环的中部设有孔径逐渐缩小的雾化孔,雾化环使得溶液在喷嘴内部产生旋转,辅助增加了溶液的冲击力,增强雾化效果。
优选的,所述活塞上设有连接柱,所述连接柱外设有螺纹环,所述喷嘴与所述连接柱套接固定,可拆卸式连接的喷嘴,使得喷嘴可替换,避免了由于部件的损坏造成整体更换的浪费,延长了产品的寿命。
优选的,所述喷嘴为弧形设计,弧形向下的喷嘴结构,方便人们将雾化后的溶液喷至手心,避免溶液乱喷产生污染。
优选的,所述抽液装置包括导液管和弹簧,所述弹簧套接在所述导液管外。

本实用新型在按压后,利用限流件222和雾化器23双重配合,使得溶液在导液通道221流动过程中依次通过限流件222与导液通道221的内壁之间的间隙形成一级限流通道2211,再流过雾化器23与限流件222之间的的间隙形成二级限流通道2212,多级限流通道保证了溶液在雾化器23出口处具有足够的压力,从而使得雾化效果更好。
优选的,所述限流件222为L形挡块,所述L形挡块的水平部2221与所述导液通道221的内壁固定连接,所述L形挡块的竖向部2222与所述导液通道221的内壁之间的间隙形成所述一级限流通道2211,所述雾化器23设在所述竖向部2222上。限流件222缩小了导液通道221出口的大小,使得溶液出口压力更大,喷雾效果更好。
进一步的,所述雾化器23包括固定连接的引流部231和雾化部232,所述引流部231套在所述竖向部2222上且所述引流部231和竖向部2222之间的间隙形成所述第二限流通道。雾化器23和限流件222进一步缩小了导液通道221出口的大小,使得溶液出口压力更大,喷雾效果更好。
