本实用新型公开并提供了一种直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置,它包括主控芯片及与之连接的供电、母线电压采集、充电模块输出、通讯、继电器输出到母线,所述继电器输出到母线包括N条母线、充电模块1至充电模块N、2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N、充电枪口1至充电枪口N。本实用新型应用于直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配的技术领域。

一种直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新能源电动车辆充电装置。
背景技术
目前市场上通用的直流充电堆功率分配方法是:把几个充电模块输出合成一组,在每组充电模块输出端串联相应的直流接触器,从而实现每一条母线上功率分配,输出到相应的充电枪口,由于受到体积、接线、成本等诸多因数制约,很难实现单个充电模块功率负荷分配,一般功率负荷分配路数不大于5路,具体如附图1所示。如是,它就具有如下缺陷:
一、由于不能单充电模块功率分配,使得很难在充电中实现充电枪口功率和车辆需求功率很好匹配;
二、由于直流接触器价格比较贵,并且对外接线有控制线和输出线,使得接线多、成本高;
三、由于受到体积、接线、成本等诸多因数制约,不宜使用在直流充电堆路数大于5路的功率分配。
因而如欲克服上述缺陷进行改进就必须设计新的功率分配方案及装置,我们发明在每个充电模块的输出端配置一块功率分配模块单元,该功率分配模块单元为1进2-N出模式(N>=16),通过板载磁保持继电器控制输出至对应母线,从而实现每一条母线上功率分配,输出到相应的充电枪口,通过功率分配单元模块与监控板通讯,可实现单台或多台电动汽车同时充电时柔性动态功率分配,功率分配板配置如图3所示。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置,该直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置具有成本低、可实现单个充电模块输出控制以及柔性动态功率分配的功能。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种新型直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置,它包括主控芯片及与之连接的供电、母线电压采集、充电模块输出、通讯、继电器输出到母线,所述继电器输出到母线包括N条母线、充电模块1至充电模块N、2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N、充电枪口1至充电枪口N,所述充电模块1至充电模块N与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N对应适配连接,所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N与各母线对应适配连接,所述各母线与充电枪口1至充电枪口N对应适配连接。
所述主控芯片包括监控板,所述监控板与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N连接并通讯。
所述继电器输出到母线采用板载磁保持继电器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型它包括主控芯片及与之连接的供电、母线电压采集、充电模块输出、通讯、继电器输出到母线,所述继电器输出到母线包括N条母线、充电模块1至充电模块N、2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N、充电枪口1至充电枪口N,所述充电模块1至充电模块N与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N对应适配连接,所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N与各母线对应适配连接,所述各母线与充电枪口1至充电枪口N对应适配连接。所述主控芯片包括监控板,所述监控板与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N连接并通讯。所述继电器输出到母线采用板载磁保持继电器。所以本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
一、采用板载磁保持继电器,控制、通讯回路都在功率分配模块单元内完成,使得生产接线简单,成本降低;
二、可实现单个充电模块输出控制;
三、可实现2-N(N>=16)回路功率负荷分配;
四、由于可实现单充电模块功率分配,并且通过功率分配模块单元与监控板通讯,可实现单台或多台电动汽车同时充电时柔性动态功率分配。

如图1至图2所示,一种新型直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配方案及装置,它包括主控芯片及与之连接的供电、母线电压采集、充电模块输出、通讯、继电器输出到母线,所述继电器输出到母线包括N条母线、充电模块1至充电模块N、2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N、充电枪口1至充电枪口N,所述充电模块1至充电模块N与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N对应适配连接,所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N与各母线对应适配连接,所述各母线与充电枪口1至充电枪口N对应适配连接。
所述主控芯片包括监控板,所述监控板与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N连接并通讯。
所述继电器输出到母线采用板载磁保持继电器。
本实施例中,充电模块N个,N最多可为16,功率分配模块单元数量与充电模块数量对应匹配,功率分配模块单元连接在充电模块与母线之间,母线上对应连接各充电枪,经主控芯片和控制电路分配充电模块的电量至充电枪,完成充电作业,可实现单个充电模块功率输出控制。

1.一种直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置,它包括主控芯片及与之连接的供电、母线电压采集、充电模块输出、通讯、继电器输出到母线,其特征在于:所述继电器输出到母线包括N条母线、充电模块1至充电模块N、2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N、充电枪口1至充电枪口N,所述充电模块1至充电模块N与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N对应适配连接,所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N与各母线对应适配连接,所述各母线与充电枪口1至充电枪口N对应适配连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直流充电堆柔性动态功率分配装置,其特征在于:所述主控芯片包括监控板,所述监控板与所述2-N路功率分配模块单元1至2-N路功率分配模块单元N连接并通讯。
