普通现有的外墙装饰保温板一般由墙体至最外层的装饰涂层，还依次包括粘结砂浆层、保温层、抹面砂浆、网格布或者钢丝网，最后才是饰面涂层，从结构上明显工序复杂、费工费料，现有的外墙装饰板还存在抗风能力弱，易变型、易脱落的缺点。

保温材料板与增强层、增强层与聚合物砂浆层之间通过粘结材料相互粘结。
