如附图1和图2所示的本实用新型所述的一种喷淋塔和光氧催化废气处理系统,包括:承台1、喷淋塔2、进气管3、管道4、过滤柜 5、法兰6、第一风机7、光氧催化器8、第二风机9、排风管10、消音器11;承台1呈矩形状,且承台1的上部安装有喷淋塔2;喷淋塔 2的底部通过法兰6固定连接有进气管3,且喷淋塔2的后部安装有过滤柜5;过滤柜5通过管道4及法兰6与喷淋塔2固定连接,且过滤柜5的后部通过管道4及法兰6固定连接有第一风机7;第一风机7 的后部通过管道4及法兰6固定连接有光氧催化器8,且光氧催化器8 的后部通过管道4及法兰6固定连接有第二风机9;第二风机9的后部通过管道4及法兰6固定连接有排风管10,且排风管10的底部安装有消音器11。

具体的,过滤柜5呈圆柱状,且过滤柜5的内部安装有多组呈线性排列的活性炭过滤网,活性炭过滤网采用通孔结构的塑料蜂窝为载体,吸附面积大,吸附效率高。

具体使用方式与作用:
废气通过进气管3进入喷淋塔2,喷淋塔2通过喷淋将废气净化并降温,净化后的气体通过喷淋塔2顶部管道4进入过滤柜5,过滤柜5内部的活性炭过滤网对气体中的有害杂质进行吸附,达到二次净化的目的,第一风机7将过滤柜5净化后的气体送至光氧催化器8,光氧催化器8通过高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束照射恶臭气体,裂解恶臭气体,达到再次净化气体的目的,由于气体在喷淋塔2内已经降温,因此延长了光氧催化器8的使用寿命,第二风机9将光氧催化器8净化后气体送至排风管10,安装在排风管10底部的消音器11通过通孔喷、阻的消音原理对排出的清洁气体进行消音,避免对环境造成噪声污染。

1.一种喷淋塔和光氧催化废气处理系统,包括:承台(1)、喷淋塔(2)、进气管(3)、管道(4)、过滤柜(5)、法兰(6)、第一风机(7)、光氧催化器(8)、第二风机(9)、排风管(10)、消音器(11);其特征在于:所述承台(1)呈矩形状,且承台(1)的上部安装有喷淋塔(2);所述喷淋塔(2)的底部通过法兰(6)固定连接有进气管(3),且喷淋塔(2)的后部安装有过滤柜(5);所述过滤柜(5)通过管道(4)及法兰(6)与喷淋塔(2)固定连接,且过滤柜(5)的后部通过管道(4)及法兰(6)固定连接有第一风机(7);所述第一风机(7)的后部通过管道(4)及法兰(6)固定连接有光氧催化器(8),且光氧催化器(8)的后部通过管道(4)及法兰(6)固定连接有第二风机(9);所述第二风机(9)的后部通过管道(4)及法兰(6)固定连接有排风管(10),且排风管(10)的底部安装有消音器(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋塔和光氧催化废气处理系统,其特征在于:所述喷淋塔(2)为现有技术的玻璃钢喷淋净化塔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋塔和光氧催化废气处理系统,其特征在于:所述过滤柜(5)呈圆柱状,且过滤柜(5)的内部安装有多组呈线性排列的活性炭过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋塔和光氧催化废气处理系统,其特征在于:所述光氧催化器(8)为现有技术的磁感UV光解等离子一体机。
