目前市面上台灯种类繁多,根据相关部门的质量抽检,其中较大部分难以满足CQC3155标准对照度、均匀度以及眩光的要求,尤其是对于可活动灯头的台灯,更是难以标定满足要求的测试点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种台灯配光结构,以满足CQC3155标准对照度、均匀度以及眩光等参数指标提出的要求。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种台灯配光结构,包括一个横向设置的灯头;其主要改进之处在于,
所述灯头中,设置有发光板、配光组件,在灯头前部下侧设有透光磨砂板;
所述发光板为斜立设置的扇环发光板;配光组件设置在发光板前侧,包括多组透镜;发光板与水平面的夹角为69°~79°;
所述多组透镜呈扇形分布设置在发光板前侧,透镜的方向为朝前下方;透镜方向与水平面的夹角为11°~21°;第一组透镜与最后一组透镜之间的夹角大于或等于120度;
透光磨砂板呈扇环形,透光磨砂板倾斜设置在透镜前侧;透光磨砂板与水平面之间的夹角为15°~25°。
更佳地,发光板与水平面的夹角为74°,透镜方向与水平面的夹角为16°,透光磨砂板与水平面之间的夹角为20°。
进一步地,透光磨砂板高度220~250mm。
进一步地,透光磨砂板处的亮度值控制在2000cd/㎡。
进一步地,发光板连接于散热支撑架上。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1)根据优化的配光设计,构建了发光板、透镜方向、透光磨砂板的最佳角度,使得台灯能够同时满足均匀度以及眩光等参数的要求。
2)结构简单,生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
按照CQC3155要求,被照面区域为图1所示的扇形区域,夹角为120°,半径为300mm和500mm两个扇形区域;为满足这两个扇形区域能达到CQC3155中规定的AA级,本实用新型对台灯的配光结构进行了优化设计;
如图2、图3所示,一种台灯,包括一个横向设置的灯头1;本例中的灯体1不能上下调节角度,是为了防止透光磨砂板4透出的光线直射眼睛;
在该灯头1中,设置有发光板2、配光组件3,在灯头1前部下侧设有透光磨砂板4;
所述发光板2为斜立设置的扇环发光板,发光板2上焊接有LED灯珠;发光板2连接于散热支撑架5上;配光组件3设置在发光板2前侧,包括多组透镜301;发光板2与水平面的夹角为69°~79°,最优为74°;
所述多组透镜301呈扇形分布设置在发光板2前侧,由此透镜301的方向为朝前下方;透镜301方向与水平面的夹角为11°~21°,最优为16°;
一组透镜301中包括并列设置的2~3个透镜;本例中设有五组透镜301,第一组透镜与最后一组透镜之间的夹角大于或等于120度,优选等于120度;
透光磨砂板4呈扇环形,透光磨砂板4倾斜设置在透镜301前侧,尽可能靠近透镜;透光磨砂板4与水平面之间的夹角为15°~25°,最优为20°;透光磨砂板4为磨砂透光板,起到柔和光线作用;
在发光板2与水平面的夹角为74°,透镜301方向与水平面的夹角为16°,透光磨砂板4与水平面之间的夹角为20°,透光磨砂板4高度220~250mm时,本实用新型的结构达到最佳配合,此时,被照面区域的光线柔和,且不会产生眩光;
如图4所示,人眼在位于距离台灯600mm处,且人眼高度在400mm,灯头高度260mm;在这个位置观察台灯,需要将透光磨砂板4处的亮度值控制在2000cd/㎡;此时能够同时满足照度要求,也防止光线直接照射人眼产生眩光。

1.一种台灯配光结构,包括一个横向设置的灯头(1);其特征在于,
所述灯头(1)中,设置有发光板(2)、配光组件(3),在灯头(1)前部下侧设有透光磨砂板(4);
所述发光板(2)为斜立设置的扇环发光板;配光组件(3)设置在发光板(2)前侧,包括多组透镜(301);发光板(2)与水平面的夹角为69°~79°;
所述多组透镜(301)呈扇形分布设置在发光板(2)前侧,透镜(301)方向为朝前下方;透镜(301)方向与水平面的夹角为11°~21°;第一组透镜与最后一组透镜之间的夹角大于或等于120度;
透光磨砂板(4)呈扇环形,透光磨砂板(4)倾斜设置在透镜(301)前侧;透光磨砂板(4)与水平面之间的夹角为15°~25°。
2.如权利要求1所述的台灯配光结构,其特征在于,
发光板(2)与水平面的夹角为74°,透镜(301)方向与水平面的夹角为16°,透光磨砂板(4)与水平面之间的夹角为20°。
3.如权利要求1所述的台灯配光结构,其特征在于,
透光磨砂板(4)高度220~250mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的台灯配光结构,其特征在于,
透光磨砂板(4)处的亮度值控制在2000cd/㎡。
5.如权利要求1所述的台灯配光结构,其特征在于,
发光板(2)连接于散热支撑架(5)上。
