本实用新型涉及钢瓶用阀门固定结构。
背景技术
现有技术中，通过在阀门下端车出内螺纹，在导管上端车出外螺纹，使导管上端与阀门螺纹配合，然后使阀门与钢瓶止口配合再进行阀门与钢瓶的额焊接固定。长时间使用后，导管与阀门间的螺纹配合会松掉，会导致钢瓶内液体无法取出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种连接牢固可靠、使用时更为可靠的钢瓶用阀门固定结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种钢瓶用阀门固定结构，钢瓶形成有内外贯穿的固定孔，所述钢瓶内设有导管，导管的上端向上穿过固定孔以延伸至钢瓶外，所述阀门下端形成有阳止口，所述导管上端形成有与所述阳止口相配合的阴止口，所述阀门下端套设在导管上，且阀门与导管上端焊接固定，所述导管上端位于钢瓶外的部分与钢瓶焊接固定。
进行导管和阀门的固定，不需要进行螺纹的加工，减少了加工工序，节约了加工成本和加工时间；导管和阀门通过止口配合，阀门采用与以往相同的阳止口，通过导管内直径与阀门的阳止口配合，导管不需要加工也具有阴止口，以使导管能套设在阀门下端外；本实用新型导管与阀门的焊接处、导管与钢瓶的焊接处相连，三者的焊接能通过一条焊缝实现，本实用新型的焊接固定更为方便，且牢固可靠；以往是阀门套设在导管外，现在是导管套设在阀门下端外后与钢瓶，本实用新型的导管的内径能做的更大，本实用新型钢瓶使用时液体更便于排出。本实用新型导管与阀门不是螺纹配合，不需担心因螺纹处泄漏而导致的钢瓶内液体无法排出。
作为优选，所述导管上端设有限位环，所述限位环外径大于所述导管外径。限位环的设置避免导管全部落入钢瓶内，以使导管上端能位于钢瓶外。
作为优选，所述固定孔包括上段和下段，上段内径大于下段内径，所述限位环外径大于所述下段内径，当所述导管与钢瓶固定，所述限位环位于所述固定孔的上段内。上述设置便于限位环的定位固定。
本实用新型具有加工成本和加工时间更少、使用时便于钢瓶内液体排出、连接处牢固可靠的优点。

由图1、图2所示，本实用新型的一种钢瓶用阀门固定结构，钢瓶1形成有内外贯穿的固定孔10，钢瓶1内设有导管2，导管2的上端向上穿过固定孔以延伸至钢瓶1外，阀门3下端形成有阳止口31，导管2上端形成有与阳止口31相配合的阴止口21，阀门3下端套设在导管2上，且阀门3与导管2上端焊接固定，导管2上端位于钢瓶1外的部分与钢瓶1焊接固定。
导管2上端设有限位环4，限位环4外径大于导管2外径，固定孔10包括上段11和下段12，上段11内径大于下段12内径，限位环4外径大于下段12内径，当导管2与钢瓶1固定，限位环4位于固定孔10的上段11内。
