本实用新型提供一种高效保湿棉签，主要有棉头、棉签棒，所述棉签棒内部中空，棉签棒一端具有开口，且开口与棉头连接，棉签棒中部设有环形的隔层，隔层中放置有胶囊，棉签棒的侧壁开设有与隔层相通的门形切口，门形切口上方复合有条形件。本实用新型为了消除传统推杆针刺棉签所存在的安全隐患，利用压迫挤爆胶囊的方式代替，其成本更低，更为环保。

本实用新型涉及棉签，特指一种高效保湿棉签。
背景技术
棉签，又称为擦拭棒。棉签是工业上使用的一种无尘擦拭耗材。多半应用于电子、半导体行业的边角、缝隙、平面的擦拭，其品种按应用领域可分为，电子、光电用棉签，医疗、美容用棉签，家居用棉签，以及工业上的其他领域。
为了在使用时接近无尘擦拭的效果，通常在擦拭前是不会碰到棉头的，那么为了在某些领域使用湿性棉签，则需要在棉签中附带湿性胶囊，目前，有棉签采用推杆刺破胶囊的方式，形成湿性棉签，但这种方式制造过程繁琐，且棉签使用后回收过程也容易造成安全隐患，不利于推广。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对已有的技术现状，提供一种高效保湿棉签，通过压迫的方式挤爆棉签棒内部的胶囊，以此形成湿性棉签。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型为一种高效保湿棉签，主要有棉头、棉签棒，所述棉签棒内部中空，棉签棒一端具有开口，且开口与棉头连接，棉签棒中部设有隔层，隔层中放置有胶囊，棉签棒的侧壁开设有与隔层相通的门形切口。
上述方案中，门形切口上方复合有条形件。
进一步的，隔层为环形。
优选的，棉签棒为PP材质。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型采用压迫方式挤爆胶囊，使胶囊中的液体流向棉头，使其形成湿性棉签。针对棉签的使用功能，胶囊中的液体可为酒精、碘液、柠檬甘油等，其使用方便，成本低，更为环保。

请参阅图1、图2所示，系为本实用新型之较佳实施例的结构示意图，本实用新型为一种高效保湿棉签，主要有棉头1、棉签棒2，所述棉签棒2采用环保PP材料制成，棉签棒2内部中空，棉签棒2一端具有开口21，且开口21与棉头1连接，棉签棒2中部设有隔层3，隔层3中放置有胶囊4，隔层3为环形，其作用是限定胶囊4的存放范围，又不妨碍胶囊4挤破后液体流向棉头1。
为了避免挤压时手指接触胶囊4，棉签棒2的侧壁开设有与隔层3相通的门形切口5，可通过按压门形切口5从而挤压胶囊4；进一步的，门形切口5上方复合有条形件51，该条形件51一端与门形切口5复合，另一端悬空，使用时只需手指向上顶起悬空部分，利用杠杆作用使条形件51另一端下压门形切口5，同样可挤破胶囊4。
当然，以上图示仅为本实用新型较佳实施方式，并非以此限定本实用新型的使用范围，故，凡是在本实用新型原理上做等效改变均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种高效保湿棉签，主要有棉头（1）、棉签棒（2），其特征在于：所述棉签棒（2）内部中空，棉签棒（2）一端具有开口（21），且开口（21）与棉头（1）连接，棉签棒（2）中部设有隔层（3），隔层（3）中放置有胶囊（4），棉签棒（2）的侧壁开设有与隔层（3）相通的门形切口（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效保湿棉签，其特征在于：所述门形切口（5）上方复合有条形件（51）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效保湿棉签，其特征在于：所述隔层（3）为环形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效保湿棉签，其特征在于：所述棉签棒（2）为PP材质。
