Abstract

一种衬纬经编热熔粘合衬，主要用于服装衬布， 特别适用于做高档服装衬布。这种粘合衬是把经纱 按经编链结构编织，在编织的同时把纬纱衬入编链的 线圈与延长线之间，从而形成网状基布。在基布的一 面经起毛处理，另一面涂有热熔胶。
本实用新型具有透气性能高，弹性好，手感柔软 等优点。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于服装衬布的衬纬经编热熔粘合衬。
目前，国内用于服装的衬布大多为无纺粘合衬布。这种无纺布的结构是短纤维经梳整均匀后，经热压或冷涂形成基布。由于这种布没经过经纱或纬纱的编织，所以存在着强度低，抗拉力小等缺点，从而影响无纺布的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种衬纬经编热熔粘合衬。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：该衬纬经编热熔粘合衬布，是把经纱〔1〕按经编链结构编织，在编织的同时把纬纱〔2〕衬入编链的线圈与延展线之间，从而形成基布。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到：
经纱〔1〕之间，纬纱〔2〕之间都有间隙，从基布整体看，形成网状，其网的边长分别为1～5mm。
基布的一面经起毛〔3〕处理。
基布的另一面涂有热熔胶〔4〕。

1、一种衬纬经编热熔粘合衬，其特征在于：该衬纬经编热熔粘合衬布，是把经纱[1]按经编链结构编织，在编织的同时把纬纱[2]衬入编链的线圈与延展线之间，从而形成基布。
2、根据权利要求1所说的衬纬经编热熔粘合衬，其特征在于：经纱〔1〕之间、纬纱〔2〕之间都有间隙，从基布整体看，形成网状。
3、根据权利要求1所说的衬纬经编热熔粘合衬，其特征在于：基布的一面经起毛〔3〕处理。
4、根据权利要求1所说的衬纬经编热熔粘合衬，其特征在于：基布的另一面涂有热熔胶〔4〕。
