Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、设置于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括声音辐射板、弹性支撑所述声音辐射板的柔性电路板及设置于所述柔性电路板下侧的音圈,所述柔性电路板包括间隔叠设的覆膜层以及夹设于相邻两个所述覆膜层之间的铜层,所述覆膜层为聚醚醚酮层和/或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层。与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器振动质量小、灵敏度高且降低成本。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及声电转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
【背景技术】
随着无线通讯的快速发展,全球移动电话越来越多,人们对移动电话的要求不仅仅限于基本通话,更要求对传统移动电话的可靠性提出更多要求。尤其是3G时代的到来,移动多媒体技术也随之发展,很多移动电话具有多种娱乐功能,如视频播放、数码摄像、游戏、GPS导航等。
相关的扬声器一般都设有盆架、振动系统和磁路系统,磁路系统包括设有磁碗侧壁的磁碗和组配于磁碗内并与磁碗形成磁间隙的磁钢,振动系统包括振膜、固定于振膜的柔性电路板和音圈,音圈悬浮于磁间隙内。其中柔性电路板采用聚酰亚胺材料和铜材制作,柔性较差。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种振动质量小、灵敏度高且降低成本的扬声器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、设置于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括声音辐射板、弹性支撑所述声音辐射板的柔性电路板及设置于所述柔性电路板下侧的音圈,所述柔性电路板包括间隔叠设的覆膜层以及夹设于相邻两个所述覆膜层之间的铜层,所述覆膜层为聚醚醚酮层和/或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层。
优选的,所述柔性电路板包括位于所述柔性电路板中央并用于支撑所述声音辐射板的支撑部、绕设在所述支撑部外周并固持于所述盆架的固定部以及连接所述支撑部和所述固定部的弹力臂。
优选的,所述支撑部远离所述弹力臂的一侧设有凸出部。
优选的,所述覆膜层为三层,所述铜层为两层。
优选的,所述磁路系统包括磁碗、固持于所述磁碗的主磁钢、与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及分别贴附于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢上的主极芯和副极芯,所述音圈一端固定于所述柔性电路板,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙内。
优选的,所述扬声器还包括与所述盆架配合的前盖。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器中所述柔性电路板采用聚醚醚酮层/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层与铜层堆叠,使得所述柔性电路板柔性增强,可以代替原来的音膜,无需再设音膜,简化装配流程,降低成本,提高效率,并且减少振动系统质量,提升了产品的灵敏度,声学性能更好。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,所述扬声器100包括盆架1、前盖2、振动系统3以及磁路系统4。
所述盆架1具有收容空间,用于收容所述振动系统3和所述磁路系统4。
所述前盖2用于与所述盆架1配合形成收容空间。
所述振动系统3包括声音辐射板32、弹性支撑所述声音辐射板32的柔性电路板31及设置于所述柔性电路板31下侧的音圈33,所述声音辐射板32可以为所述柔性电路板31的一部分,或是固定于所述柔性电路板31上类似于常规音膜球顶的部件。
所述柔性电路板31包括位于所述柔性电路板31中央并用于支撑所述声音辐射板32的支撑部311、绕设在所述支撑部311外周并固持于所述盆架1的固定部312以及连接所述支撑部311和所述固定部312的弹力臂313。
所述支撑部311远离所述弹力臂313的一侧还设有凸出部3111,所述凸出部3111为焊接部位,用于与所述音圈33的引线进行焊接。
请参阅图3,所述柔性电路板31包括间隔叠设的覆膜层3101以及夹设于相邻两个所述覆膜层3101之间的铜层3102,所述覆膜层3101为聚醚醚酮层和/或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层。具体的,所述覆膜层3101为三层,所述铜层3102为两层。
通过将所述柔性电路板31采用聚醚醚酮层/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层与铜层堆叠,能够使得所述柔性电路板31柔性增强,具有音膜的相关特性和功能,可以代替原来的音膜,无需再设音膜。
因而,在所述扬声器100的制作过程中,可以简化装配流程,降低成本,提高效率,并且减少振动系统质量,提升产品的灵敏度,从而保证良好的声学性能。
所述磁路系统4包括磁碗41、组配于所述磁碗41内主磁钢42、与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙的副磁钢43以及分别贴附于所述主磁钢42和所述副磁钢43的主极芯44和副极芯45,所述音圈33一端固持于所述柔性电路板31,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙内,通过所述主磁钢42和所述副磁钢43在所述磁间隙之内产生的磁场,与所述音圈33相互作用产生驱动力以驱动所述音圈33往复运动,从而带动所述柔性电路板31振动,所述柔性电路板31再带动所述声音辐射板32振动发声。
所述主极芯44与所述声音辐射板32对应的一侧设有凹陷部441,所述凹陷部441与所述凸出部3111正对且间隔设置。通过采用此方式可以防止所述音圈33往复运动中引线与所述凸出部3111脱离使得连接更稳定。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器中所述柔性电路板采用聚醚醚酮层/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层与铜层堆叠,使得所述柔性电路板柔性增强,可以代替原来的音膜,无需再设音膜,简化装配流程,降低成本,提高效率,并且减少振动系统质量,提升了产品的灵敏度,声学性能更好。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、设置于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,其特征在于:所述振动系统包括声音辐射板、弹性支撑所述声音辐射板的柔性电路板及设置于所述柔性电路板下侧的音圈,所述柔性电路板包括间隔叠设的覆膜层以及夹设于相邻两个所述覆膜层之间的铜层,所述覆膜层为聚醚醚酮层和/或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板包括位于所述柔性电路板中央并用于支撑所述声音辐射板的支撑部、绕设在所述支撑部外周并固持于所述盆架的固定部以及连接所述支撑部和所述固定部的弹力臂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑部远离所述弹力臂的一侧设有凸出部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述覆膜层为三层,所述铜层为两层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括磁碗、固持于所述磁碗的主磁钢、与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及分别贴附于所述主磁钢和所述副磁钢上的主极芯和副极芯,所述音圈一端固定于所述柔性电路板,另一端悬置于所述磁间隙内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述扬声器还包括与所述盆架配合的前盖。
