所述调节套9设有滑槽4，所述搁脚架3设有与滑槽4配合的导向键5。
所述调节套9设有紧定螺钉7与支撑杆2连接。

在需要调节搁脚架3时，向外拉动定位销10，定位销10克服压缩弹簧11向外移动，定位销10的前部与定位孔8分离，然后上下移动搁脚架3至合适位置，释放定位销10，定位销10的前部与定位孔8啮合，即可以使用。
