本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种加工简单，实用的门板，该门板高端大气。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，提供一种门板，包括板芯，板芯四周围合边框，板芯正面复合装饰层，装饰层为皮革制作而成，板芯和边框的连接处还设有装饰条。
本实用新型相比于现有技术具有以下优点：通过上述结构，通过在板芯正面复合皮革装饰层，可提高门板的档次，美观大气。
作为优选，装饰层上缝制有缝线所形成的纹理。更具有美感。
作为优选，边框内侧铣有凹槽，装饰条嵌合在凹槽中，边框由两端为45°切角的边框条拼接而成。
作为优选，边框正面略高于装饰条设置，装饰条凸出于板芯正面设置。
作为优选，板芯和边框粘接固定。
作为优选，装饰条为金属条。
作为优选，装饰层背面还设有增强手感的弹性层。

如图1-2所示的一种门板，包括板芯1，板芯1四周围合边框2，板芯1和边框2粘接固定，板芯1正面复合装饰层3，复合方式为粘接，装饰层3为皮革制作而成，装饰层3上缝制有缝线所形成的纹理4，纹理4的形状可根据需要进行缝制，板芯1和边框2的连接处还设有装饰条5，装饰条5为金属条，优选铝条。具体讲，边框2内侧铣有凹槽，装饰条5嵌合在凹槽中，边框2由两端为45°切角的边框条拼接而成，且边框2正面略高于装饰条5设置，装饰条5凸出于板芯1正面设置。另外，装饰层背面还设有增强手感的弹性层，连接方式为粘接或者缝合，弹性层为eva或海绵层。制备时，先将装饰条嵌合在边框条的凹槽中，然后两端根据长度斜切45°角，再将边框条拼接成边框，然后背面粘接板芯。
通过上述结构，可提高门板的档次，美观大气，而且制作简单。

1.一种门板，包括板芯，板芯四周围合边框，其特征在于：板芯正面复合装饰层，装饰层为皮革制作而成，板芯和边框的连接处还设有装饰条，边框内侧铣有凹槽，装饰条嵌合在凹槽中，边框由两端为45°切角的边框条拼接而成，边框正面略高于装饰条设置，装饰条凸出于板芯正面设置。
