背景技术
现在塑料管道应用的方面越来越多，在给排水，家庭装修等有着广泛的应用，塑料管道与传统金属管道相比，具有自重轻、耐腐蚀、卫生安全、水流阻力小、节省金属、使用寿命长、安装方便等特点，受到了管道工程界的青睐，在一些建筑场合往往需要大量的一定长度的塑料管道，这就需要工人从长的塑料管道一段一段的切割下来，人工切割量取往往造成尺寸不精确，费时费力，效率低下，且切割的口与中轴线往往不垂直。现有的塑料管道切割设备在管道的夹紧及切割处往往需要两处动力源装置，才可以实现管道的夹紧及切割，不仅造成了制造成本的增加，也造成了能源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种压紧环切装置，解决了上述背景技术所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种压紧环切装置，包括销轴支架，所述销轴支架下方固定连接有销轴底座，所述销轴底座通过第一螺母与地面固定连接；所述销轴支架上安装有销轴，所述销轴上安装有环形切刀和两个压紧装置，所述环形切刀和所述压紧装置另一端分别与环形切刀长臂、压紧装置长臂连接，所述环形切刀长臂的下端安装有连接块，压紧装置长臂下端安装有弹簧，弹簧与连接块均通过连接板与下方的气缸相连接；所述压紧装置半圆形结构的下端安装有切割支架。
优选的，所述切割支架底座包括两个弧形支撑，两个所述弧形支撑之间间隔一定距离；所述弧形支撑下方安装有两个切割支架，所述切割支架下方固定连接有切割支架底座，所述切割支架底座通过第二螺母与地面固定连接。
优选的，所述环形切刀位于两个所述压紧装置之间。

本实用新型中，在连接板与压紧装置长臂之间设置弹簧，可以使得当压紧装置在气缸的带动下，在触及塑料管道，而率先停止并起夹紧作用，而环形切刀与气缸由于是刚性连接，所以还会继续向下运动，从而切割塑料管道，该装置使用一个动力源设备来实现夹紧及切割两个动作，不仅降低了制造成本，也降低了能源浪费。

请参阅图1-4，一种压紧环切装置，包括销轴底座1、第一螺母2、销轴支架3、销轴4、环形切刀5、压紧装置6、环形切刀长臂7、压紧装置长臂8、连接块9、弹簧10、连接板11、气缸12和切割支架13，所述切割支架13包括第二螺母1301、切割支架底座1302、切口1303和弧形支撑1304，销轴底座1通过第一螺母2连接在地面上，销轴支架3与销轴底座1固接，销轴支架3之间有一销轴4，环形切刀5和压紧装置6安装在销轴4上，环形切刀5和环形切刀长臂7相连，压紧装置6和压紧装置长臂8相连，环形切刀长臂7下端连接着连接块9，压紧装置长臂8下端连接着弹簧10，弹簧10与连接块9都与连接板11相连，连接板11下端与气缸12相连，环形切刀5和压紧装置6下端是切割支架13。环形切刀5位于压紧装置6之间。切割支架13底座通过第二螺母1301连接在地面上，弧形支撑1304对塑料管道起支撑作用，两个弧形支撑1304之间的切口1303是给环形切刀5预留的位置。
