Abstract

背景技术
在电器设备和无线电路中,变压器常用作升降电压、匹配阻抗,安全隔离等,在发电机中,不管是线圈运动通过磁场或磁场运动通过固定线圈,均能在线圈中感应电势,此两种情况,磁通的值均不变,但与线圈相交链的磁通数量却有变动,这是互感应的原理,变压器就是一种利用电磁互感应,变换电压,电流和阻抗的器件,但是现有的变压器基本上都是露天安装,在使用时存在散热效果差、防护性能低以及密封性不强等缺点,降低变压器的使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,包括连接台、柜体内腔,所述柜体的表面皆通过合页活动安装有旋转门,所述旋转门的表面固定安装有显示器,所述柜体的内部皆通过透气隔板设置有内腔,所述透气隔板的内部皆设置有电源连接口,所述透气隔板两侧的柜体内部皆固定安装有蓄电池组,所述蓄电池组的上端皆固定安装有散热器,所述散热器上端的内腔一侧固定安装有温度检测器,所述温度检测器的顶部固定安装有报警器,所述内腔另一侧的散热器顶部固定安装有控制器,所述柜体的顶部固定安装有连接台,所述连接台的顶部皆设置有通孔,且通孔的外围皆等间距固定安装有螺栓。
优选的,所述连接台的内部设置有防水层,且防水层的下端设置有绝缘层。
优选的,所述旋转门的表面皆通过螺栓固定安装有把手,且把手的表面皆设置有防滑层。
优选的,所述柜体两侧的表面皆固定安装有散热口,且散热口的内部皆设置有防虫纱网。
优选的,所述连接台的顶部固定安装有指示灯,且指示灯与报警器通过导线连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该用于变压器的安全保护装置通过在连接台的内部设置有防水层,在使用时可以有效地防止水渍进入设备的内部,使设备可以在不同的环境下进行工作,增加其密封性能,而通过在防水层的下端设置有绝缘层,在使用时可以避免装置在使用过程中发生漏电的现象的,提高装置的安全性,且通过在柜体两侧的表面皆固定安装有散热口,在使用时可以使内部的空气得到更好的流通进行散热,从而可以有效地防止设备因过热而损坏,通过在散热口的内部皆设置有防虫纱网,在使用时可以防止在使用过程中有飞虫钻入装置的内部,提高装置的安全性能,最后通过在连接台的顶部固定安装有指示灯,在使用时可以跟方便使用人员对装置的内部状况进行判定,从而更方便进行维护。

请参阅图1-5,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,包括连接台1、柜体2内腔14,通过在柜体2的顶部固定安装有连接台1,连接台1的顶部皆设置有通孔7,利用通孔7的外围皆等间距固定安装有螺栓8将本装置固定在变压器的外围,通过在柜体2的内部皆通过透气隔板16设置有内腔14可以将变压器进行包裹,通过在透气隔板16的内部皆设置有电源连接口15可以对利用导线与电源进行连接,透气隔板16两侧的柜体2内部皆固定安装有蓄电池组11通电,并通过导线将电力传输至装置内部固定安装的各个设备中,装置整体通电,内腔14一侧固定安装有温度检测器10可以对装置内部的内部进行检测,此温度检测器10型号采用型号为高精度tes1310温度表,是指能感受温度并转换成可用输出信号的传感器,并将检测后的数据利用导线传输至内腔14另一侧的散热器13顶部固定安装有控制器12的内部进行分析,此控制器12的型号采用型号为plcS7-200CPU226CN可编程控制器,是用来在执行存储逻辑运算和顺序控制、定时、计数和算术运算等操作的指令,并通过数字或模拟的输入I和输出O接口,控制各种类型的机械设备或生产过程,当所检测的温度过高时,温度检测器10的顶部固定安装有报警器9开始进行报警,此报警器9的型号采用型号为321321报警装置,是一种为防止或预防某事件发生所造成的后果,以声音、光、气压等形式来提醒或警示我们应当采取某种行动的电子产品,控制器12对蓄电池组11的上端皆固定安装有散热器13进行控制,散热器13开始对内部进行散热,并通过在旋转门6的表面固定安装有显示器3对装置的数据进行显示,从而更方便使用人员进行观察,通过在柜体2的表面皆通过合页4活动安装有旋转门6,在使用时可以更方便使用人员对装置进行使用与维修,提高装置的实用性,优化使用过程。
进一步,连接台1的内部设置有防水层101,可以有效地防止水渍进入设备的内部,使设备可以在不同的环境下进行工作,增加其密封性能,且防水层101的下端设置有绝缘层102,可以避免装置在使用过程中发生漏电的现象的,提高装置的安全性。
进一步,旋转门6的表面皆通过螺栓8固定安装有把手601,可以更方便对旋转门6进行使用,且把手601的表面皆设置有防滑层,可以增加把手601与手部的摩擦力,从而更方便使用。
进一步,柜体2两侧的表面皆固定安装有散热口602,可以使内部的空气得到更好的流通进行散热,从而可以有效地防止设备因过热而损坏,增长设备的使用寿命,且散热口602的内部皆设置有防虫纱网,可以防止在使用过程中有飞虫钻入装置的内部,提高装置的安全性能。
进一步,连接台1的顶部固定安装有指示灯5,可以跟方便使用人员对装置的内部状况进行判定,从而更方便进行维护,且指示灯5与报警器9通过导线连接。
工作原理:在使用前,先检查本装置各结构之间的安全性,通过在连接台1的顶部设置有通孔7,利用螺栓8将本装置与变压器进行固定,固定后利用旋转门6的表面皆通过螺栓8固定安装有把手601将旋转门6打开,通过在透气隔板16的内部皆设置有电源连接口15可以对利用导线与电源进行连接,透气隔板16两侧的柜体2内部皆固定安装有蓄电池组11通电,并通过导线将电力传输至装置内部固定安装的各个设备中,装置整体通电,利用内腔14一侧固定安装有温度检测器10可以对装置内部的内部进行检测,并将检测后的数据利用导线传输至控制器12,当所检测的温度过高时,报警器9开始进行报警,散热器13开始对内部进行散热,通过在旋转门6的表面固定安装有显示器3对装置的数据进行显示,从而更方便使用人员进行观察。

1.一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,包括连接台(1)、柜体(2)内腔(14),其特征在于:所述柜体(2)的表面皆通过合页(4)活动安装有旋转门(6),所述旋转门(6)的表面固定安装有显示器(3),所述柜体(2)的内部皆通过透气隔板(16)设置有内腔(14),所述透气隔板(16)的内部皆设置有电源连接口(15),所述透气隔板(16)两侧的柜体(2)内部皆固定安装有蓄电池组(11),所述蓄电池组(11)的上端皆固定安装有散热器(13),所述散热器(13)上端的内腔(14)一侧固定安装有温度检测器(10),所述温度检测器(10)的顶部固定安装有报警器(9),所述内腔(14)另一侧的散热器(13)顶部固定安装有控制器(12),所述柜体(2)的顶部固定安装有连接台(1),所述连接台(1)的顶部皆设置有通孔(7),且通孔(7)的外围皆等间距固定安装有螺栓(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,其特征在于:所述连接台(1)的内部设置有防水层(101),且防水层(101)的下端设置有绝缘层(102)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,其特征在于:所述旋转门(6)的表面皆通过螺栓(8)固定安装有把手(601),且把手(601)的表面皆设置有防滑层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,其特征在于:所述柜体(2)两侧的表面皆固定安装有散热口(602),且散热口(602)的内部皆设置有防虫纱网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变压器的安全保护装置,其特征在于:所述连接台(1)的顶部固定安装有指示灯(5),且指示灯(5)与报警器(9)通过导线连接。
