本实用新型涉及二次供水设备技术领域，具体地说，尤其涉及一种壁挂式静音供水设备。
背景技术
目前传统的二次供水设备一般安装在地下泵房内，而现状是有很多的小区并没有专用的区域来建泵房，对于二次供水设备的安装空间及其有限。因此对于供水设备的安装空间要求更严格，安装方式要求更方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种壁挂式静音供水设备，可实现在有限的安装空间内也能良好的安装并能够满足静音要求。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种壁挂式静音供水设备，包括水泵机组，所述水泵机组安装在屏蔽筒体内，所述水泵机组的底部和顶部别设有进水口和出水口，所述进水口与进水管道相连通，出水口与出水管道相连通；所述进水管道和出水管道均与市政管道相连通；所述水泵机组与配电柜电性连接，所述屏蔽筒体、配电柜、进水管道和出水管道均安装到墙壁上。
作为本实施例的优选，所述进水管道、出水管道、屏蔽筒体、配电柜均纵向布置在墙壁的同一水平面上。
作为本实施例的优选，所述进水管道设置在出水管道的下部，且屏蔽筒体、配电柜分开设置。
作为本实施例的优选，在墙壁上设有固定横梁，所述屏蔽筒体安装到固定横梁上，所述固定横梁上设有走线槽，所述水泵机组上的电缆通过固定横梁上的走线槽连接到配电柜内。
作为本实施例的优选，在所述水泵机组的进水口处安装有进水阀门，在所述水泵机组的出水口处安装有出水阀门，所述出水管道上设有出水压力表。

本实用新型所述的壁挂式静音供水设备通过将水泵机组置于屏蔽筒内，能充分的减少水泵机组的运行噪音，同时屏蔽筒体、配电柜、进水管道和出水管道均安装到墙壁上，进水管道和出水管道纵向布置在同一平面，连接到市政管路，确保在墙壁安装时能充分节省空间。
本实用新型所述的整套设备通过固定横梁安装到墙壁上，设备电缆通过固定横梁上的走线槽连接到配电柜，保证了设备安装的整体美感，设备安装有旁通管，当设备异常时，能进行局部供水。

参见图1所示，本实用新型实施例提供一种壁挂式静音供水设备，包括用于二次供水的水泵机组2，所述水泵机组2安装在屏蔽筒体1内，将水泵机组2安装在屏蔽筒体1内可屏蔽水泵机组的一部分噪音。在水泵机组2的底部和顶部别设有进水口和出水口(图中未标示)，其中，进水口与进水管道11相连通，出水口与出水管道6相连通，所述进水管道11和出水管道6均与市政管道(图中未标示)相连通，通过水泵机组2可满足对高层居民用户、城市广场、校区别墅、学校医院等广大用户的用水需求。在水泵机组2与配电柜12电性连接，其中屏蔽筒体1、配电柜12、进水管道11和出水管道6均安装到墙壁13上。
参见图1所示，进水管道11、出水管道6、屏蔽筒体1、配电柜12均纵向布置在墙壁13的同一水平面上，且进水管道11设置在出水管道6的下部，且屏蔽筒体1、配电柜12分开设置。在所述墙壁13上设有固定横梁3，所述屏蔽筒体1安装到固定横梁3上，所述固定横梁3上设有走线槽(图中未标示)，所述水泵机组2上的电缆9通过固定横梁3上的走线槽连接到配电柜12内。这样，将进水管道11、出水管道6、屏蔽筒体1、配电柜12纵向布置在墙壁的同一平面连接到市政管路上，这样，可确保在安装空间有限的情况下能充分节省空间，同时将整套设备通过固定横梁3安装到墙壁13上，水泵机组12上的电缆9通过固定横梁3内的走线槽连接到配电柜12，保证了设备安装的整体美感。
参见图1所示，在水泵机组2的进水口处安装有进水阀门10，在水泵机组2的出水口处安装有出水阀门5，所述出水管道6上设有出水压力表7，这样可保证水泵机组2的运行顺畅。在出水管道6上设有出水压力表7，可保证水泵机组2出水压力的正常。在进水管道11和出水管道6上安装有旁通管道8，当设备异常时，能进行局部供水。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种壁挂式静音供水设备，包括水泵机组，其特征在于：所述水泵机组安装在屏蔽筒体内，所述水泵机组的底部和顶部别设有进水口和出水口，所述进水口与进水管道相连通，出水口与出水管道相连通；所述进水管道和出水管道均与市政管道相连通；所述水泵机组与配电柜电性连接，所述屏蔽筒体、配电柜、进水管道和出水管道均安装到墙壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式静音供水设备，其特征在于：所述进水管道、出水管道、屏蔽筒体、配电柜均纵向布置在墙壁的同一水平面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的壁挂式静音供水设备，其特征在于：所述进水管道设置在出水管道的下部，且屏蔽筒体、配电柜分开设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式静音供水设备，其特征在于：在墙壁上设有固定横梁，所述屏蔽筒体安装到固定横梁上，所述固定横梁上设有走线槽，所述水泵机组上的电缆通过固定横梁上的走线槽连接到配电柜内。
