Abstract

本实用新型公开一种防溢胶湿巾盒盖，包括一盖体以及与所述盖体相连的上盖面，所述盖体的下表面设有向上凹陷的溢胶槽，所述湿巾盒盖在用胶水或其他固定物固定到湿巾袋上时，多余溢出来固定物流到溢胶槽里面的装置。本申请的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其上的溢胶槽能有效避免湿巾盒盖安装时固体胶的溢出，其结构简单，实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装领域，更具体地说，是一种用于湿巾盒上防溢胶的湿巾盒盖。
背景技术
湿巾主要用于日常皮肤清洁消毒使用，为了携带及保存方便，一般将湿巾放置于湿巾盒或湿巾袋内，同时为了方便抽取湿巾，在湿巾盒或湿巾袋上会设置用于密封的湿巾盒盖。湿巾盒盖一般通过粘合剂如固体胶等安装于湿巾盒或湿巾袋上，但工人在涂抹固体胶时，因不能准确把握固体胶的用量经常会发生固体胶溢出的情况，影响湿巾盒或湿巾袋的整体外观。
实用新型内容
由于现有技术存在着上述问题，本实用新型提出一种防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其能有效避免胶水溢出，有效解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案解决上述问题：
一种防溢胶湿巾盒盖，包括一盖体以及与所述盖体相连的上盖面，其特征在于，所述盖体的下表面设有向上凹陷的溢胶槽。
优选的，所述上盖面具有一开启侧，所述开启侧的边缘向下延伸有一延伸部，所述延伸部上设有一第一卡接部，所述盖体上设有一与所述第一卡接部对应的第二卡接部，所述上盖面与所述盖体通过第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接闭合。
优选的，所述延伸部由所述上盖面向内下侧延伸，所述延伸部的外表面形成一弧形面，所述第一卡接部设于所述弧形面的内侧。
优选的，所述上盖面与所述盖体一体成型。
本申请提供的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其下表面的溢胶槽能有效避免胶水的溢出，解决现有湿巾盒盖安装时溢胶的问题，其结构简单，实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式，详细描述本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示，图1为本申请的一实施例的展开示意图；图2为图1实施例闭合后的后视图。本实用新型提供的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，包括一盖体1以及与盖体1相连的上盖面2，其中，盖体1中部具有一空腔，当湿巾盒盖安装于湿巾盒上时可从空腔内抽取湿巾，上盖面2与盖体1一体成型。
上盖面2具有一开启侧，开启侧的边缘向下延伸有一延伸部21，延伸部21由上盖面2向内下侧延伸，延伸部21的外表面形成一弧形面，延伸部21上设有一第一卡接部211，第一卡接部211设于弧形面的内侧。盖体1上设有一与第一卡接部211对应的第二卡接部102，上盖面2与盖体1通过第一卡接部211与第二卡接部102卡接闭合。
如图2所示，盖体1的下表面设有向上凹陷的溢胶槽101。当盒盖使用胶水等安装于湿巾盒或湿巾袋时，由于挤压，涂抹于盖体1下表面的胶水向盖体1的外侧溢出进入溢胶槽内，避免了胶水的溢出。

1.一种防溢胶湿巾盒盖，包括一盖体以及与所述盖体相连的上盖面，其特征在于，所述盖体的下表面设有向上凹陷的溢胶槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其特征在于，所述上盖面具有一开启侧，所述开启侧的边缘向下延伸有一延伸部，所述延伸部上设有一第一卡接部，所述盖体上设有一与所述第一卡接部对应的第二卡接部，所述上盖面与所述盖体通过第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接闭合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其特征在于，所述延伸部由所述上盖面向内下侧延伸，所述延伸部的外表面形成一弧形面，所述第一卡接部设于所述弧形面的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防溢胶湿巾盒盖，其特征在于，所述上盖面与所述盖体一体成型。
