本实用新型涉及一种新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路。
背景技术
目前现有市场上带3-way开关的智能墙壁开关,实现3-way开关功能需要增加一个定制的开关接在智能墙壁开关的3-way上才能实现,控制比较繁琐,操作不便。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路,本实用新型的技术方案是:
新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路,包括初级降压电路(2)、次级降压电路(3)、输出控制电路(5)、微控制器(6)、OTA模块(7)、3-way开关(8)、3-way开关转换电路(9)、无线通讯模块(10)、按键输入控制模块(11)和情景功能控制模块(12),所述的初级降压电路的输入端接入电源,用于将电源的电压稳压到5V,输出端接入次级降压电路的输入端,该次级降压电路的输出端接入微控制器(6),次级降压电路用于将电压从5V稳压到3.3V;输出控制电路(5)的输入端与微控制器(6)连接,第一输出端连接在电源与初级降压电路之间,第二输出端连接负载,输出控制电路(5)输出120V--240V的电压;3-way开关(8)通过3-way开关转换电路(9)接入微控制器(6),按键输入控制模块(11)与微控制器(6)以及无线通讯模块(10)连接,所述的无线通讯模块(10)与微控制器(6)之间进行数据交互,该输出控制电路、OTA模块以及情景功能控制模块(12)均连接所述的无线通讯模块(10)。
还包括一与微控制器连接的检测模块(13)。
本实用新型的优点是:
1)用户不用额外购买定制开关来实现3-way功能,通过设备中3-way开关转换电路实现外接普通机械开关。
2)方便用户安装。
3)情景功能控制模块更方便用户做智能控制,无需接线,方便安装;实现智能墙壁开关之间相互无线控制。

参见图1至图9,新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路,包括初级降压电路2、次级降压电路3、输出控制电路5、微控制器6、OTA模块7、3-way开关8、3-way开关转换电路9、无线通讯模块10、按键输入控制模块11和情景功能控制模块12,所述的初级降压电路(芯片型号TNY264)的输入端接入电源1(输入电压为AC120-240V),用于将电源的电压稳压到5V,输出端接入次级降压电路3(芯片型号HT7533)的输入端,该次级降压电路3的输出端接入微控制器6,次级降压电路用于将电压从5V稳压到3.3V;输出控制电路5的输入端与微控制器6连接,第一输出端连接在电源与初级降压电路之间,第二输出端连接负载4,输出控制电路5输出120V--240V的电压;3-way开关8通过3-way开关转换电路9接入微控制器6,按键输入控制模块11与微控制器6以及无线通讯模块10连接,所述的无线通讯模块10与微控制器6之间进行数据交互,该输出控制电路5、OTA模块7以及情景功能控制模块12均连接所述的无线通讯模块10。
还包括一与微控制器连接的检测模块13。
本实用新型的工作原理是:微控制器6实时监测按键输入控制模块11,当收到按键输入控制模块的信号,微控制器控制输出控制电路输出5,同时通过无线通讯模块10发送无线信号。
微控制器实时监测3-way按键转换电路,当收到3-way按键转换电路的信号,微控制器控制输出控制电路输出,同时通过无线通讯模块10发送无线信号。
当微控制器接收到无线通讯模块的无线信号,控制输出控制电路输出,并回复无线通讯模块当前输出的状态。
当无线通讯模块接收到情景功能模块的请求,将请求信号转发给微控制器,微控制器经过处理将信号通过无线通讯模块无线发送至另外一台墙壁开关。情景功能模块可以实现设备之间可以无限遥控控制。
例如:有设备三台分别为A设备,B设备和C设备,可利用A设备情景功能模块无线控制B设备和C设备;可利用B设情景功能模块无线控制A设备和C设备;可利用C设备情景功能模块无线控制A设备和B设备。目前情景功能模块内置在无线通讯模块内。
通过OTA模块更新产品的功能,实现在线升级。
微控制器实时监测检测模块的数据,并通过无线通讯模块将检测的数据发送出去。用户也可以设置微控制器通过检测模块的数据来控制输出控制电路的输出。

Claims (2)

1.新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路,其特征在于,包括初级降压电路(2)、次级降压电路(3)、输出控制电路(5)、微控制器(6)、OTA模块(7)、3-way开关(8)、3-way开关转换电路(9)、无线通讯模块(10)、按键输入控制模块(11)和情景功能控制模块(12),所述的初级降压电路的输入端接入电源,用于将电源的电压稳压到5V,输出端接入次级降压电路的输入端,该次级降压电路的输出端接入微控制器(6),次级降压电路用于将电压从5V稳压到3.3V;输出控制电路(5)的输入端与微控制器(6)连接,第一输出端连接在电源与初级降压电路之间,第二输出端连接负载,输出控制电路(5)输出120V--240V的电压;3-way开关(8)通过3-way开关转换电路(9)接入微控制器(6),按键输入控制模块(11)与微控制器(6)以及无线通讯模块(10)连接,所述的无线通讯模块(10)与微控制器(6)之间进行数据交互,该输出控制电路、OTA模块以及情景功能控制模块(12)均连接所述的无线通讯模块(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能墙壁开关的控制电路,其特征在于,还包括一与微控制器连接的检测模块(13)。
