复位固定器是一种对不稳定骨折复位的固定器
材，它用拧在骨折两端的长柄螺旋骨针的针柄用四个
夹针器夹住，利用平行骨干的两个螺丝杆连接两针上
的夹针器，组成四边形。并在骨折面垂直方向的四边
形对角线上拧上斜拉螺杆，利用平行四边形变形原理
固定不稳定骨折。本实用新型主要用于手足等不稳
定骨折的复位固定，结构简单，容易操作，效果可靠。
Description
本实用新型是复位固定器，属于医学骨科固定器材。
该实用新型主要用于骨科不稳定骨折复位固定，以往对不稳定骨折采用外固定支架固定，外固定支架对不稳定骨折复位时，使骨折面密接和旋转重叠移位固定不佳，造成轴位对应不良，影响骨折愈合。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单的，而且能使不稳定骨折的骨折面严密连接对位和对骨折面垂直产生压力，加强复位固定效果的复位固定器。
本实用新型提供的复位固定器 由两根螺旋骨针、四个夹针器、三根螺杆及顶丝组成。在使用时，将两单侧螺旋骨针拧入骨折两端，按骨折复位长度调整与骨折干平行的螺杆，夹牢骨针，在与骨折线垂直方向放置对角线端螺杆，拧紧加压使骨折面密接达到复位固定，尤其对手足等短管状骨斜折、螺旋骨折、经皮置针固定最佳。本实用新型结构简单，容易操作，对不稳定骨折复位效果可靠。

实施例：在附图中有两根钻骨用的单侧长柄螺旋骨针（1），有四个固定骨针的夹针器（2），有二根与骨针垂直方向和一根斜行的起加压固定骨干的螺杆（3）、（4），在每个夹针器的侧方各有两枚用于固定骨针的顶丝（5），在其中一侧的二个夹针器的内外面各有一个猫耳螺丝（6）以调整两骨针间距离，在一侧上方的夹针器的侧面和另一侧下方的夹针器的侧面各有一个可转向螺杆孔坐（7）。

1、一种用于骨科不稳定骨折的复位固定器，它由两根螺旋骨针，四个夹针器和三根螺杆及顶丝组成。其特征在于：螺旋骨针为单侧长柄螺旋，夹针器呈方形，三根螺杆中有两根与骨针呈垂直方向，一根呈斜行。
2、如权利要求1所述的复位固定器，其特征在于：单侧长柄螺旋骨针的针柄有顶丝槽，针尾为四方形。
3、如权利要求1所述的复位固定器，其特征在于：夹针上具有可调旋转的螺杆孔座。
