技术领域
本实用新型涉及禽畜粪便发酵领域,具体涉及一种发酵塔太阳能自循环加热系统。
背景技术
随着养殖由散养改为集中养殖,大量畜禽粪便无法及时处理(特别是水清粪),对周边环境严重污染,目前的养殖户多采用水来清洗禽畜屋舍及禽畜粪便,因而会产生大量的水泡粪,现在多采用液肥发酵塔来对水泡粪进行发酵,而液肥发酵塔由于采用菌种不同,在发酵过程升温慢,发酵期较长。
实用新型内容
为了克服以上不足,特设计一套发酵塔太阳能自循环加热系统,以满足缩短水泡粪发酵周期目的,从而达到快速发酵目的。
技术方案如下:包括发酵塔、加热盘管、太阳能热水器、热水管道、冷水管道和加水口,所述加热盘管盘绕在发酵塔的内壁上,所述太阳能热水器位于发酵塔一侧,且太阳能热水器的高程比加热盘管的高程低1米,所述热水管道两端分别与加热盘管下端和太阳能热水器出水口相连,所述冷水管道两端分别与加热盘管上端端和太阳能热水器进水口相连,所述加水口位于冷水管道上。
本实用新型的优点是:充分利用太阳的热量,通过太阳能热水器收集热能,对发酵塔进行加热,提高发酵温度,加快发酵速度;通过采用盘管加热,接触面积大,热交换效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括:发酵塔1、加热盘管2、太阳能热水器3、热水管道4、冷水管道5和加水口6,所述加热盘管2盘绕在发酵塔1的内壁上,所述太阳能热水器3位于发酵塔1一侧,且太阳能热水器3的高程比加热盘管2的高程低1米,所述热水管道4两端分别与加热盘管2下端和太阳能热水器3出水口相连,所述冷水管道5两端分别与加热盘管2上端端和太阳能热水器3进水口相连,所述加水口6位于冷水管道5上。
工作原理:太阳能热水器3放置在发酵塔1内加热盘管2以下一米处,当太阳能热水器3内水温高于塔内加热盘管2水温时,太阳能热水器3中的热水密度低于发酵塔1内加热盘管2水中密度,热水沿热水管道4上升到加热盘管2内,加热盘管2中冷水沿冷水管道5下行到太阳能热水器3中,从而达到自循环加热目的,当长时间运行后循环管道内的水发生损耗时,通过加水口6向循环管道内补充水。
