背景技术
快速接头包括液压快速接头和各种流体快速接头，它是一种快速连接或断开管路实现快速拆装的特殊装置。由于它能快速插拔，因此可使用于建筑、铁路、工矿液压机具、石油、冶金、水电、船舶、机电设备等领域。快速接头连接结构是快速接头最重要的部分，它的连接方式和结构直接决定了快速接头的使用方便性、可靠性和产品质量。快速接头有插座和插头两部分组成，现有快速接头连接是由插座体圆周均布一组钢球，通过外套锁的移动改变插座体圆周均布钢球圆心径向位置来实现锁紧或退出插头。当插头需要插入插座时推动外套将插头推入插座中，插头插入后松开外套，外套通过内部弹簧恢复到原位置锁紧插头，管路断开。为了便于压力小的情况，阀结构可以简单些，成本低且操作方便。

为了解决上述压力小的情况便于操作的技术问题，本实用新型提供新型快速接头。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
新型快速接头，包括阳接头和阴接头，阳接头包括插头，插头中间贯通，插头前部设有止退槽，阴接头包括壳体和外套，壳体后部套设有壳体接头体，壳体和壳体接头体外壁套有外套，壳体内壁后部固定设有阀套，阀套中设有阀芯，阀芯前部外壁与壳体内壁接触，阀芯前部与阀套之间设有阀芯弹簧，阀芯后部设有通孔，通孔与阀套接触，壳体前部凹陷设有钢珠，钢珠与外套连接，钢珠与阀芯接触。
所述阀芯前部内壁设有阀芯O型圈A。
所述阀套内壁设有阀套 O型圈。
所述阀芯后部外壁设有阀芯O型圈B。
使用本实用新型的技术方案，结构新颖，设计巧妙，连接方便快捷、强度高、安全可靠，插头内壁管道，无阀座阀芯，流道面积大，且流畅，壳体外壁设有凸起，外套内壁两侧凹陷，便于限位，且贴合紧密，不易脱落，安全可靠，适于压力小，便于单手操作。

如图1、2所示的新型快速接头，包括阳接头和阴接头，阳接头包括插头2，插头2中间贯通，插头2前部设有止退槽，阴接头包括壳体1和外套3，壳体1后部套设有壳体接头体12，壳体1和壳体接头体12外壁套有外套3，壳体1内壁后部固定设有阀套10，阀套10中设有阀芯4，阀芯4前部外壁与壳体1内壁接触，阀芯4前部与阀套10之间设有阀芯弹簧8，阀芯4后部设有通孔，通孔与阀套10接触，壳体1前部凹陷设有钢珠5，钢珠5与外套3连接，钢珠5与阀芯4接触。
所述阀芯4前部内壁设有阀芯O型圈A7。
所述阀套10内壁设有阀套 O型圈9。
所述阀芯后部外壁设有阀芯O型圈B11，设在缺口上，用于起到密封作用。
使用时，插头2中部外壁设有六角体，连接时操作方便省力，插头2前端外壁向内凹陷，止退槽前部设有凹陷口13，用于容纳阀芯4，插入，凹陷口13与阀芯4前部内壁接触，阀芯4内壁前部向内凹陷，此处有安装位，阀芯O型圈A7起到密封作用，阀芯4向后动，通孔远离阀套10，流道打开，插头2内壁管道，无阀座阀芯结构，流道面积大，且流畅，壳体1外壁设有凸起，外套内壁两侧凹陷，便于限位，且贴合紧密，不易脱落，安全可靠，适于压力小的操作，且便于单手操作。
