Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment is described by taking a folding bed as an example of furniture, but may be furniture such as a sofa, a seat, and a cabinet in other embodiments.
The length direction in this embodiment means a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the flip stand on the surface of the body, and the width direction means a direction in which the axis of rotation of the flip stand extends.
The utility model provides a can turn over and roll over furniture, including upset support 1 and body 2, upset support 1 can be accomodate in body 2, and the first part of upset support 1 rotationally installs on body 2, and the second part of upset support 1 can overturn towards the outside of body 2, can turn over and roll over furniture still includes: a folding leg 3 retractably provided at a second portion of the roll-over stand 1; the first cover plate 4 is slidably disposed at the outer side of the flip bracket 1 in the length direction and can cover or expose the folding leg 3.
The main purpose of the foldable furniture in the embodiment is to fold the furniture to hide the furniture in the body 2 when the furniture is not used, and fold the furniture out of the body 2 when the furniture is used, so as to fully utilize the indoor space.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the body 2 is fixed in this embodiment, and the roll-over stand 1 rotates with respect to the body 2 to be retracted or lowered. The structure of the body 2 is not specifically limited, and can be a cuboid, a cube and the like, and the body is used for accommodating the turnover support 1. The turning support 1 can be a bed, a sofa, a seat and other furniture.
The first portion of the flip stand 1 refers to a partial region where the first end of the flip stand 1 and the body 2 are connected, and not only the end portion thereof is shown; the second part of the flip stand 1 refers to the part of the area where the second end corresponding to the first end of the flip stand 1 is located, although not only the end thereof is shown. The folding legs 3 are used for supporting the turning support 1 when being put down, and when the turning support 1 is stored in the body 2, the folding legs 3 can be stored in the turning support 1, so that the situation that after the turning support 1 is stored in the body 2, the folding legs 3 protrude outwards is avoided, other indoor furniture or users and the folding legs 3 are scratched and rubbed, and the use of an indoor space is influenced. The first cover plate 4 is used for covering the turnover support 1 stored in the body 2, so that one side of the integral body 2, where the turnover support 1 is stored, is a smooth plane, and therefore the turnover support 1 can be prevented from scraping and rubbing other furniture or users, and the whole turnover furniture can be beautified.
The first cover plate 4 is arranged in a slidable mode, when the overturning bracket 1 needs to be put down from the body 2, the first cover plate 4 moves relative to the overturning bracket 1 to expose the folding legs 3 stored on the overturning bracket 1, and at the moment, the folding legs 3 are put down; when the turning support 1 is accommodated in the body 2, the folding legs 3 are also accommodated in the turning support 1, and at the moment, the first cover plate 4 slides relative to the turning support 1 to shield the folding legs 3 accommodated on the turning support 1.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a can turn over and roll over furniture shelters from through setting up first apron 4 to the upset support 1 of accomodating in the body 2, accomodates upset support 1 at folding leg 3 and goes up the back, and whole upset support 1 can be closed completely in the inside of body 2, and it is a complete whole to look in the outward appearance to turn over and roll over furniture, has greatly improved the aesthetic property of furniture outward appearance. Meanwhile, the rubbing between other furniture or the turnover furniture stored in the body 2 by a user is avoided, and the supporting legs cannot pollute other parts of the furniture.
In addition, set first apron 4 to slidable form, guaranteed that when upset support 1 put down from body 2, the slip of first apron 4 can in time let folding leg 3 expose, when upset support 1 accomodates body 2, the slip of first apron 4 can in time let folding leg 3 shelter from, the simple operation to be favorable to realizing the sliding motion of apron with automatic mode.
Alternatively, in the stowed state, the folding legs 3 extend in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1 and are housed inside the roll-over stand 1.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the folding legs 3 are all folded below the turning bracket 1, so that the situation that the turning bracket 1 is stained due to the folding legs 3 being folded above the turning bracket 1 is avoided. For example, when the turning support 1 is a bed, the folding legs 3 are turned over to the mattress, which is easy to stain the mattress.
Specifically, in the stowed state, the folding leg 3 is extended in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1, specifically including both cases. First, as shown in fig. 11, the free ends of the folding legs 3 extend to the outside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1. In the first condition, the free end of the folding leg 3 does not extend out of the turning support 1, so as to ensure that the turning support 1 can be smoothly stored in the body 2; second, as shown in fig. 12, the free ends of the folding legs 3 extend to the inside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1.
Optionally, there are two folding legs 3, the folding legs 3 are hinged to the turning support 1, the folding legs 3 can be turned and unfolded toward the outer side of the turning support 1, and in the unfolded state, the free ends of the folding legs 3 are located at the outer side of the width direction of the turning support 1 relative to the hinged point.
As shown in fig. 12, two folding legs 3 are provided on the left and right sides in the width direction of the second portion of the roll-over stand 1. The folding manner of the folding leg 3 adopted in the present embodiment is the second case described above, that is, in the folded state, the free end of the folding leg 3 is extended to the inside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1, that is, one end of the hinge point of the folding leg 3 is located at the outside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1 than the free end thereof. The specific angle at which the folding legs 3 are folded is not particularly limited, and can be determined according to actual needs. For example, as shown in fig. 12, the two folding legs 3 may be in a straight line when stowed; as shown in fig. 13, the two folding legs 3 may also be shaped like a Chinese character ba when stowed.
As shown in fig. 14, when the folding legs 3 are completely unfolded, the two folding legs 3 are in an outer "eight" shape, the free ends of the folding legs 3 extend towards the outer side of the width direction of the turnover support 1, and the projection of the hinge point of the same folding leg 3 on the turnover support 1 is located on the inner side of the projection of the free end on the turnover support 1, so that the folding legs 3 can be guaranteed to have a supporting function on the turnover support 1, and the condition that the folding legs 3 are mistakenly folded due to the fact that a user mistakenly touches the folding legs 3 can be prevented from occurring. Specifically, the two folding legs can be in the same plane or not in the same plane in the unfolded state, which does not affect the use and folding and unfolding of the folding legs 3.
In another realizable manner, there are two folding legs 3, the folding legs 3 are hinged to the roll-over stand 1, the folding legs 3 can be rolled over and unfolded toward the inside of the roll-over stand 1, and in the unfolded state, the hinged points of the folding legs 3 are located on the outside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1 compared to the free ends of the folding legs 3.
In this realisable form, in the stowed state, the hinge point of the folding leg is located inwardly of the width of the roll-over stand compared to the free end of the folding leg.
In this realisable form, as shown in fig. 15, the two folding legs 3 may be in the inner "eight" shape when fully unfolded, in which case the free ends of the folding legs 3 extend towards the inside in the width direction of the roll-over stand 1, and the projection of the hinge point of the same folding leg 3 on the roll-over stand 1 is outside the projection of the free end on the roll-over stand 1, the function of which is similar to the outer "eight" shape of the above-mentioned folding legs, and will not be described again.
Optionally, the foldable furniture further includes a stopper 5, and the stopper 5 is provided on the foldable bracket 1 and prevents the foldable leg 3 from being folded over more than a predetermined angle in the width direction of the foldable bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the stopper 5 may be a stopper plate, a stopper block, or other structures that can prevent the folding leg 3 from being turned. In this embodiment, a stopper plate is used to limit the turning angle of the folding leg 3. The predetermined angle refers to an angle at which the folding leg 3 is turned when fully laid down, such as the angle D shown in fig. 14. The predetermined angle in this embodiment is limited to greater than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees to ensure that the two folding legs 3 assume a splay-like configuration when fully lowered. Fig. 6 shows the position of the stop 5 when the folding leg 3 is fully unfolded in the outer "splayed" configuration, i.e. the stop 5 is located outside the folding leg 3. And when the folding leg 3 is completely unfolded to be in the shape of an inner splay, the stop 5 is positioned at the inner side of the folding leg 3.
In conventional furniture designs, the folding leg 3 is often perpendicular to the roll-over stand 1 when fully laid down, so that it is easy for the folding leg 3 to retract when a user accidentally touches the folding leg 3, i.e. the folding leg 3 is retracted by mistake. In order to avoid the phenomenon that the user accidentally touches the folding leg 3 during walking and retracts, the folding leg 3 is required to be locked. In the application, the preset angle of the folding leg 3 is set to be larger than 90 degrees, and the stop block 5 is arranged on the other side of the folding leg 3, so that when a user touches the folding leg 3 by mistake, the folding leg 3 cannot retract due to the blocking of the ground and the overturning support 1, and the safety of the foldable furniture in the using process is ensured.
Optionally, the piece of foldable furniture further comprises a folding drive 7, the folding drive 7 being connected to the folding leg 3.
As shown in fig. 9, in order to increase the degree of automation of the foldable furniture, a folding driving part 7 may be installed on each folding leg 3, or a plurality of folding legs 3 may be driven by one folding driving part 7. The folding driving part 7 drives the folding legs 3 to fold or unfold. The folding driving part 7 can directly drive the folding legs 3 through a motor, and can also drive the folding legs 3 through structures such as gears, rotating shafts and the like.
Optionally, a second cover plate 6 is arranged below the turning support 1 on the body 2, and when the turning support 1 is accommodated in the body 2, the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 6 can completely close the body 2.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, when the turning bracket is completely accommodated in the body 2, the body 2 is closed by the cooperation of the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 6, which not only can improve the appearance of the turning furniture, so that the appearance of the turning furniture is not exposed to the outside, such as a hole, an opening or a support leg, but also can prevent other furniture or a user from scratching the turning bracket 1 in the body 2, thereby fully optimizing the indoor space. The second cover plate 6 is fixedly arranged on the body 2, after the turnover support 1 is completely accommodated in the body 2, the first cover plate 4 is positioned above the second cover plate 6, and the body 2 is completely sealed by the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 6.
Optionally, the edge of the first cover plate 4 and the edge of the second cover plate 6 are inclined planes at the intersection.
As shown in fig. 10, since a part of the turning bracket 1 needs to be turned inside the body 2 during the process of being released from the body 2, another part is turned outside the body 2, and a part of the connection between the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 6 is also turned inside the body 2 along with the turning bracket 1, and another part is turned outside the body 2. Therefore, in order to ensure that the joint of the first cover plate 4 and the second cover plate 6 can be mutually interfered when the turnover support 1 is folded and put down, the edge of the first cover plate 4 is set to be a downward inclined surface inclined towards the inside of the body 2, the edge of the second cover plate 6 is set to be an upward inclined surface inclined towards the outside of the body 2, the specific inclination angle is not limited, and the inclination angle of the first cover plate 4 and the inclination angle of the second cover plate 6 can be in a mutual complementary relationship or not.
