Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种密封罐，包括密封罐本体、上盖、前盖板和盖体后凸条，密封罐本体上部边缘设有台阶，台阶表面设有胶条顶槽，密封罐本体前面上部设置罐体前凸条，密封罐本体后面设置罐体后孔条；密封罐本体顶部具有上盖，上盖尺寸与密封罐本体开口尺寸相吻合，且上盖下部边缘固定连接密封胶条，上盖前端中央位置设置前盖板，上盖后端中央位置设有盖体后凸条。该密封罐通过将上盖嵌入到密封罐本体上端口，盖体后凸条与罐体后孔条嵌合，上盖下部密封胶条严密抵接胶条顶槽，此时前盖板与罐体前凸条卡接，通过盖体后凸条与罐体后孔条配合，同时前盖板与罐体前凸条卡接实现上盖与密封罐本体牢固连接，大大提高了密封罐的密封性，方便上盖的开闭。

本实用新型涉及一种日常密封容器，具体是一种密封罐。
背景技术
随着人们对健康的关注度逐渐提高，保鲜盒本身的材料也被要求健康、卫生、安全，对人体无害，如 PC 材料、PE 材料、PP 材料、钢化玻璃材料和高硼硅玻璃材料等，比较常见的塑料保鲜盒材料为 PC 材料，常用的保鲜容器大多为密封罐。密封罐是用于储存各种食品，防止食品受潮或者容易氧化、容易挥发等食品，例如糖、盐、零食等各种需要密封储存的食物。
目前现有的密封罐普遍存在结构简单但是密封性不好的问题，容易致使食物腐败，造成浪费，且部分密封性好的密封罐在开闭时往往需要借助较大的人力将盖体与罐体分离，十分麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种密封罐，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种密封罐，包括密封罐本体、上盖、前盖板和盖体后凸条，所述密封罐本体上部边缘设有台阶，台阶表面设有胶条顶槽，且密封罐本体前面上部设置罐体前凸条，密封罐本体后面设置罐体后孔条；所述密封罐本体顶部具有上盖，上盖尺寸与密封罐本体开口尺寸相吻合，且上盖下部边缘固定连接密封胶条，上盖前端中央位置设置前盖板，上盖后端中央位置设有盖体后凸条。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：所述密封罐本体采用透明塑料材质所制。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案：所述密封胶条为软质橡胶材质所制。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案：所述上盖采用避光塑料材质所制。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：该密封罐通过将上盖嵌入到密封罐本体上端口，盖体后凸条与罐体后孔条嵌合，上盖下部密封胶条严密抵接胶条顶槽，达到密封效果，此时前盖板与罐体前凸条卡接，通过盖体后凸条与罐体后孔条配合，同时前盖板与罐体前凸条卡接实现上盖与密封罐本体牢固连接，大大提高了密封罐的密封性，方便上盖的开闭。

请参阅图1～3，本实用新型实施例中，一种密封罐，包括密封罐本体1、上盖2、前盖板4和盖体后凸条7；所述密封罐本体1上部边缘设有台阶，台阶表面设有胶条顶槽8，且密封罐本体1前面上部设置罐体前凸条5，密封罐本体1后面设置罐体后孔条6，密封罐本体1采用透明塑料材质所制；所述密封罐本体1顶部具有上盖2，上盖2尺寸与密封罐本体1开口尺寸相吻合，且上盖2下部边缘固定连接密封胶条3，上盖2前端中央位置设置前盖板4，上盖2后端中央位置设有盖体后凸条7，上盖2采用避光塑料材质所制，密封胶条3为软质橡胶材质所制，当需要将密封罐本体1封闭时，将上盖2嵌入到密封罐本体1上端口，盖体后凸条7与罐体后孔条6嵌合，上盖2下部密封胶条3严密抵接胶条顶槽8，达到密封效果，此时前盖板4与罐体前凸条5卡接，通过盖体后凸条7与罐体后孔条6配合，同时前盖板4与罐体前凸条5卡接实现上盖2与密封罐本体1牢固连接。
本实用新型的工作原理是：当需要将密封罐本体1封闭时，将上盖2嵌入到密封罐本体1上端口，盖体后凸条7与罐体后孔条6嵌合，上盖2下部密封胶条3严密抵接胶条顶槽8，达到密封效果，此时前盖板4与罐体前凸条5卡接，通过盖体后凸条7与罐体后孔条6配合，同时前盖板4与罐体前凸条5卡接实现上盖2与密封罐本体1牢固连接。
