背景技术:
风力发电机使用时,当风机发生快速停机或是紧急停机的情况时,由于扭缆部分电缆过长,摆动幅度太大,电缆就会猛烈地撞击塔筒内壁、塔筒内照明灯和爬梯等,造成电缆与爬梯刮扯,继而出现缆绳磨损现象。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种风力发电机线缆固定结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种风力发电机线缆固定结构,包括安装块、连接筋、固定套和连接片,所述连接筋固定连接在安装块上,固定套固定连接在连接筋上,在固定套的侧壁上设有一缺口,该缺口沿着固定套的轴向方向设置,两连接片对称固定连接在固定套的外壁上;
所述安装块的下端面上设有固定台。
进一步地,安装块、连接筋、固定套和连接片通过橡胶材料浇筑一体成型。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型安装在机舱上,线缆穿设在固定套内,当风机发生快速停机或是紧急停机的情况时,固定套限定住扭揽与塔筒壁、爬梯、吊装护栏碰撞,有效消除了扭揽晃动产生的碰撞问题。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型公开一种风力发电机线缆固定结构,包括安装块1、连接筋2、固定套3和连接片4,连接筋2倾斜固定连接在安装块1上,固定套3固定连接在连接筋2上,在固定套3的侧壁上设有一缺口31,该缺口31沿着固定套3的轴向方向设置,两连接片4对称固定连接在固定套3的外壁上。
安装块1的下端面上设有固定台11。
安装块1、连接筋2、固定套3和连接片4通过橡胶材料浇筑一体成型,制造方便。
使用时,将安装块1固定连接在风力发电机机舱内的结构梁上,固定台11抵触在结构梁的侧壁上,避免安装块1发生跑偏,风力发电机的线缆穿设在固定套3内,在连接片4上穿设螺栓,紧固螺栓,将固定套3上的缺口31收紧。在取出线缆时,打开缺口31即可。

1.一种风力发电机线缆固定结构,其特征在于:包括安装块(1)、连接筋(2)、固定套(3)和连接片(4),所述连接筋(2)固定连接在安装块(1)上,固定套(3)固定连接在连接筋(2)上,在固定套(3)的侧壁上设有一缺口(31),该缺口(31)沿着固定套(3)的轴向方向设置,两连接片(4)对称固定连接在固定套(3)的外壁上;
所述安装块(1)的下端面上设有固定台(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机线缆固定结构,其特征在于:所述安装块(1)、连接筋(2)、固定套(3)和连接片(4)通过橡胶材料浇筑一体成型。
