技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种细菌座,具体涉及一种藕状细菌座。
背景技术
在水处理流程中,过滤工艺是及其重要的一个环节,它不仅能够有效地去除原水中的细小胶体颗粒,同时可为有益菌提供附着生活繁殖的。而作为过滤材料使用的微孔陶瓷,因具备很多优点,例如成本较低,堵塞后可进行清洗,清洗之后流量基本上全部回复,同时,微孔陶瓷作为生物酶载体,在有机污水的生物降解工艺中发挥着重要的作用。所以,目前应用微孔陶瓷作为过滤材料而制成的过滤装置已经得到广泛应用。现有的细菌座存在如下缺陷:因所述细菌座的座体为圆柱状或方状的,座体上设有过滤孔,这样的细菌座结构无法实现在细菌座有限的体积空间内最大限度地增大过滤面积,故有必要设计一款新的细菌座来弥补这些缺陷。
本发明人针对上述技术问题,发明了一种螺旋细菌座,技术方案专利号为201520869267.4的中国实用新型专利,该专利方案包括由矿物质微孔陶瓷制成的座体、所述座体两端设有至少一个左右贯穿的过滤孔,座体侧壁开设有多道增加细菌附着面积的凹槽,至少一个过滤孔与侧壁外表面的凹槽相互贯通。水从过滤孔内流过时,部分水流从凹槽内流出,改变了水流方向,使得水压平缓,有利于有益菌的繁殖,增强了过滤能力;并且,过滤孔数量增多,有效增加了细菌的附着面积,可提高有益菌繁殖的数量,但是这样的一种螺旋细菌座结构复杂、加工难度大,大大提高了产品的生产成本。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、加工简易、低成本、有利于有益菌存活繁殖的藕状细菌座。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种藕状细菌座,包括由矿物质微孔陶瓷制成的座体,所述座体为斜圆柱状,所述座体设有多个贯穿座体上下端面的过滤孔,所述过滤孔轴线与座体轴线平行。
在本实用新型中,所述过滤孔包括一个贯穿座体两端面中部的中心过滤孔,以及多个均匀分布在中心过滤孔周边的外过滤孔,所述的中心过滤孔位于座体两端面的正中心,所述外过滤孔从座体两端面贯穿。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的一种藕状细菌座,当水从过滤孔内流过时,通过斜圆柱状结构和座体上设有的多个过滤孔,有效增加了过滤面积,加强纳污能力的同时,具有结构简单、加工简易、降低成本的特点。

实施例一:
本实施例公开了一种藕状细菌座,包括由矿物质微孔陶瓷制成的座体1,所述座体1为斜圆柱状,所述的座体1上设有多个过滤孔2,所述过滤孔2轴线与座体1轴线平行,所述的过滤孔2包括一个从座体1两端面中心贯穿的中心过滤孔21以及六个均匀分布在中心过滤孔21周边的外过滤孔22,所述的中心过滤孔21位于座体1两端面的正中心,所述外过滤孔22从座体1两端面贯穿,从而给人形成一种藕状结构的视觉体验,增强了细菌座的美观性,通过斜圆柱状座体1的设计结构,来实现增大流体的过滤面积,通过座体1上设置多个过滤孔2,进一步的增大过滤面积以及有益菌的附着面积,并且此藕状细菌座结构简单,加工简易,大大降低生产的成本。
实施例二:
本实施例的实施方式与实施例一大致相同,不同之处在于:所述外过滤孔22设有三个,分别均匀分布在中心过滤孔21周边。

1.一种藕状细菌座,包括由矿物质微孔陶瓷制成的座体(1),其特征在于:所述座体(1)为斜圆柱状,所述座体(1)设有多个贯穿座体(1)上下端面的过滤孔(2),所述过滤孔(2)轴线与座体(1)轴线平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种藕状细菌座,其特征在于:所述过滤孔(2)包括一个贯穿座体(1)两端面中部的中心过滤孔(21),以及多个均匀分布在中心过滤孔(21)周边的外过滤孔(22),所述的中心过滤孔(21)位于座体(1)两端面的正中心,所述外过滤孔(22)从座体(1)两端面贯穿。
