Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种检测装置，特别是一种皮带输送机流量检测装置，该检测装置包括皮带输送机、皮带输送机电气控制装置，其特征在于在皮带输送机上安装有测量皮带运行速度的测速仪，在皮带输送机的皮带上方安装有摄像机和激光测距仪，摄像机和激光测距仪将检测信号输送给计算机，计算机与皮带输送机电气控制装置连接；上述摄像机包括固定架和安装在摄像机上的补光灯组成，上述补光灯为白光灯或/和红外光灯。本实用新型的技术方案具有结构简单、安装方便，可对皮带输送机上物料的量进行实时监测，可有效提高井下皮带输送机运行的安全、可靠性，同时可根据流量设定值对皮带输送机的运行速度进行自动调节。

本实用新型涉及一种检测装置，特别是一种皮带输送机流量检测装置。
背景技术
皮带运输机在煤炭、矿山、发电、港口等企业运用非常广泛。目前皮带输送机正向着长距离、大功率、大运量、高带速方向发展，由于皮带输送机中的皮带长期处于高负荷运转中，特别是在煤矿生产过程中，由于运输距离较长，需要多台皮带运输机首尾相连进行连续输送，这样在煤炭由上一台皮带运输机尾部下落至下一台皮带运输机首部时，煤炭中的如锚杆、钢板、大块矸石等就有可能将皮带纵向撕裂。目前检测皮带运输机中皮带撕裂的装置主要有接触式检测系统和非接触式检测系统两大类。但上述检测装置在煤矿生产过程中，由于生产条件、生产环境等因素的限制，常常无法及时、准确的检测出皮带撕裂的情况，并且均为皮带撕裂后的检测，非常容易造成整条皮带的失效，影响正常的生产和带来巨大的经济损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术所存在的问题，提供一种通过对摄像机拍摄的视频进行分析得出皮带上物料的面积，通过激光测距仪得出皮带上物料的厚度，通过皮带测速仪测量出皮带的运行速度，从而可计算出皮带上物料的瞬时和累加量的皮带输送机流量检测装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种皮带输送机流量检测装置，包括皮带输送机、皮带输送机电气控制装置，其特征在于在皮带输送机上安装有测量皮带运行速度的测速仪，在皮带输送机的皮带上方安装有摄像机和激光测距仪，摄像机和激光测距仪将检测信号输送给计算机，计算机与皮带输送机电气控制装置连接；上述摄像机包括固定架和安装在摄像机上的补光灯组成，上述补光灯为白光灯或/和红外光灯。
上述摄像机和激光测距仪将检测信号输送给计算机的输送方式是通过光缆或无线发射装置进行输送。
上述的红外光灯的红外线波长为770nm到1000nm，紫外光灯的紫外线波长为400-190nm。
本实用新型的技术方案是利用在皮带输送机的皮带上方安装摄像机和激光测距仪，通过计算机对摄像机拍摄的图像进行实时图像分析，得出皮带上物料所占面积，同时通过激光测距仪得出皮带上物料的厚度，就可计算出皮带输送机的瞬时流量，结合测量皮带运行速度的测速仪就可测量出设定时间内的皮带输送机流量；当流量小于设定值时，通过计算机向皮带输送机电气控制装置发出指令，降低皮带输送机的运行速度；当流量达到最小设定值时，通过计算机向皮带输送机电气控制装置发出指令，停止皮带输送机的运行，可达到节约用电的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案具有结构简单、安装方便，可对皮带输送机上物料的量进行实时监测，可有效提高井下皮带输送机运行的安全、可靠性，同时可根据流量设定值，的皮带输送机的运行速度进行自动调节。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，在皮带输送机5的皮带上方安装摄像机1、激光测距仪4，在皮带输送机上安装有测量皮带运行速度的测速仪，摄像机、激光测距仪和测速仪将检测信号输送给计算机2，计算机与皮带输送机电气控制装置3连接。
A:利用摄像机对设定区域的皮带输送机中的皮带进行拍摄，同时利用激光测距仪对皮带输送机中的皮带上物料厚度H进行检测；
B:利用计算机对摄像机拍摄视频按时间顺序转换成时间间隔相同的单帧数字图像；
C:计算出每帧数字图像中皮带上的物料面积S；物料面积是采用图像处理软件，将拍摄区域的皮带划分为一百个方格，通过物料在拍摄区域内占皮带百分比的形式进行计算；如物料在拍摄区域内占皮带面积89%，面积S=0.89。
D: 皮带输送机流量=K×S×H×V；
其中：K——校核系数，K=0.1—0.8；S——皮带上物料面积，面积单位为平方米M2；H——皮带上物料厚度，厚度单位为米M；V——皮带运行速度每秒米M/S。
校核系数K根据对皮带输送机流量进行人工测量后在0.1—0.8之间选择，以提高流量监测的精确性。
如对于采煤作业的煤炭输送用皮带输送机，通过摄像机机体1-3上的固定架1-1将摄像机安装在皮带输送机的皮带上方，同时利用安装在摄像机上的补光灯对摄像机摄像头1-4拍摄区域进行补光，补光灯采用白光灯1-2或红外光灯1-5，最佳方式是采用白光灯和红外光灯同时对摄像机拍摄区域进行补光的方式，或采用白光灯和紫外光灯共同补光的方式，通过大量的实验，红外线波长为770nm到1000nm，紫外光灯的紫外线波长为400-190nm的光，通过摄像机拍摄后的图像中，煤与皮带的边缘非常明显，便于精确确定皮带上煤的面积。
通过计算机对流量的设定，当皮带上的煤的面积小于设定值时，通过计算机向皮带输送机电气控制装置发出指令，降低皮带输送机运转速度，如皮带上的煤的面积在40—60%之间变化，且维持了5分钟时，皮带输送机的运行速度由10M/S降到6M/S，当皮带上的煤的面积在10—40%之间变化，且维持了5分钟时，皮带输送机的运行速度由6M/S降到4M/S，当皮带上的煤的面积小于10%，且维持了5分钟时，说明上游的皮带输送机撕裂或煤仓被堵等事故发生，计算机所在的控制室将发出警报，同时停止皮带输送机的运行，通知井下工人进行现场查看和处理。

1.一种皮带输送机流量检测装置，包括皮带输送机、皮带输送机电气控制装置，其特征在于在皮带输送机（5）上安装有测量皮带运行速度的测速仪，在皮带输送机的皮带上方安装有摄像机（1）和激光测距仪（4），摄像机、激光测距仪和测速仪将检测信号输送给计算机（2），计算机与皮带输送机电气控制装置（3）连接；上述摄像机包括固定架（1-1）和安装在摄像机上的补光灯（1-3）组成，上述补光灯为白光灯或/和红外光灯或紫外光灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带输送机流量检测装置，其特征在于上述摄像机（1）和激光测距仪（4）将检测信号输送给计算机（2）的输送方式是通过光缆或无线发射装置进行输送。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皮带输送机流量检测装置，其特征在于上述的红外光灯的红外线波长为770nm到1000nm，紫外光灯的紫外线波长为400-190nm。
