除现有虹吸式自记雨量记存在的记录线“平顶”现象,
提高雨量资料的质量。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种倒空计量容器的流源容器,特别是自记雨量计浮筒上的玻璃虹吸管。
虹吸式自记雨量计是水文、气象及农业部门观测降水量的仪器,其结构原理是在集水浮筒侧壁装一玻璃虹吸管,当浮筒内水位升高到一定高度时,水就通过虹吸管排出。浮筒里的浮子与记录笔相连,随水位高低记录降水量。由于水与玻璃有浸润性,当浮筒里的水位升高,水在虹吸管倾斜段内呈U形面上升。当水面升至弯曲段时,由于水的重力作用,下浸润边超前上浸润边。当水到达虹吸管顶时,下浸润边就可能产生滴水或溢水。如滴水,则锯齿形记录线即出现“平顶”;如溢水、记录线则出现波浪状。这种现象已严重影响雨量资料的质量和使用价值。
本实用新型的目的就是对虹吸管加以改进,以消除上述“平顶”现象,提高雨量资料的质量。
本实用新型的任务是以下述方式完成的,即将玻璃虹吸管的弯曲段上顶压一向垂直段倾斜的平面,形成一下降坡,使水的上浸润边进入下降坡能很快引发虹吸,使下浸润边不发生滴水,从而消除“平顶”现象。

图1为本实用新型压顶形玻璃虹吸管示意图。
如图1所示,玻璃虹吸管1的弯曲段4上顶有一平面3,平面3与虹吸管1的垂直段2的夹角大于90°,小于140°。当水沿虹吸管1的倾斜段5上升到弯曲段4时,水的上浸润边沿平面3下流,能很快引发虹吸,以消除“平顶”现象。
这种压顶虹吸管不受气温影响,性能稳定,寿命长,能有效地消除“平顶”现象,保证雨量记录质量。
