本实用新型属于投影灯技术领域,特指一种新型投影灯及投影灯串,投影灯包括LED灯具组件、安装LED灯具组件的固定座以及透镜架,所述透镜架内依次安装有聚光透镜和菲林片,透镜架后端连接在所述固定座上,透镜架前端转动设置有调焦盖,调焦盖内安装有成像透镜;投影灯串包括若干个上述的投影灯,若干个投影灯通过导线串联或并联在一起。本实用新型提出的投影灯,其光源为常规的LED灯串,LED工作时不需要焊在铝基板上,而是直接通过电线串并联在一起,通过LED灯具组件直接安装,这种组合可以不需要严密的防水和散热结构,同时,各个部件之间均是通过卡接或螺纹连接,不需要螺钉等其他固定件来紧配,使得整体结构趋于简单化,降低生产成本。

背景技术
随着光学技术的发展及应用,各种各样的投影灯应运而生,装饰与美化了人们的生活环境。但是,目前市场上的投影灯光源都是用大功率LED与铝基板组合而成,其存在的缺陷在于,它的形体大,结构复杂,因此成本较高,并且在生产过程中还要考虑散热条件,浪费能耗。此类投影灯通常都是以单个产品出售,多个组合使用的普遍结构更加庞大和复杂,同时,市面上的投影灯普遍都在生产时就已经定制好焦距,很少有调焦功能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,连接结构稳定,具有调焦功能的新型投影灯及投影灯串。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种新型投影灯,包括光源、安装光源的固定座以及透镜架,所述光源为LED灯具组件,所述透镜架内依次安装有聚光透镜和菲林片,透镜架后端连接在所述固定座上,透镜架前端转动设置有调焦盖,调焦盖内安装有成像透镜,调焦盖的转动带动所述成像透镜靠近或远离所述菲林片。
进一步设置为,所述LED灯具组件包括LED灯珠、导线和热缩套管,LED灯珠的正负极分别连接有导线并通过热缩套管进行固定,热缩套管设置有隔离柱,隔离柱位于正负极的导线之间;所述LED灯珠与所述聚光透镜同轴设置。
进一步设置为,所述调焦盖内侧开设有若干圈内螺纹,所述透镜架外端成型有与所述内螺纹相匹配的若干圈外螺纹。
进一步设置为,所述透镜架外周套设有限位盖,限位盖前端成型有限位凸缘;限位盖内壁开设有限位槽,所述固定座上配合设置有用于将所述限位盖与所述固定座结合成一体的连接件,所述连接件为一弹性限位块,弹性限位块上成型有限位勾,所述限位槽内设置有限位卡台,限位勾扣在限位卡台上,因此,弹性限位块可卡入所述限位槽内并将固定座和限位盖结合为一体。
进一步设置为,所述调焦盖前端向内凹陷成型有安装凸台,安装凸台周侧壁上设置有若干个限位凸点,所述成像透镜卡装在安装凸台上,成像透镜外侧卡在限位凸点内。
进一步设置为,所述透镜架内周开设有环形安装槽,所述聚光透镜卡装在环形安装槽内;所述透镜架前端开设有若干个凹槽,所述菲林片上成型有与所述凹槽相配合的凸起,所述透镜架前端还安装有盖片,盖片位于菲林片前侧。
进一步设置为,所述盖片边缘成型有限位卡块,限位卡块卡在所述凹槽内。
进一步设置为,所述固定座成型有安装柱,安装柱开设有用于安装所述LED灯具组件的安装腔;固定座周侧开设有若干个卡槽,所述透镜架内端成型有若干个与所述卡槽相配合的卡条。
进一步设置为,所述限位盖铰接有支撑杆,限位盖与支撑杆的铰接结构具体为:
所述限位盖下端成型有铰接段,所述支撑杆上端成型有铰接部;
所述铰接段上成型有若干个轮齿,所述铰接部内设置有限位凸块;或所述铰接段上设置有限位凸块,所述铰接部内开设有轮齿;
所述支撑杆下端连接有地插。
一种投影灯串,包括若干个上述的投影灯,若干个投影灯通过导线串联或并联在一起:若干个所述投影灯的LED灯珠通过所述导线串联或并联在一起组成LED灯串,每个所述LED灯具组件对应安装在一个所述固定座内,所述导线从固定座上的卡槽穿出。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本实用新型提出的投影灯,其光源为常规的LED灯串,LED工作时不需要焊在铝基板上,而是直接通过电线串并联在一起,通过LED灯具组件直接安装在固定座内部,这种组合可以不需要严密的防水和散热结构,同时,各个部件之间均是通过卡接或螺纹连接,不需要螺钉等其他固定件来紧配,使得整体结构趋于简单化,极大地降低生产成本。
2、本实用新型设置有调焦盖和透镜架,两者螺纹连接,通过转动调焦盖来实现调焦功能,因此本实用新型可以进行手动调节焦距,根椐实际使用过程中投光背景地的距离,调节成像透镜的焦距,使图像更清晰。
3、本实用新型在透镜架外周套设有限位盖,限位盖的外端设置有限位凸缘,限位凸缘的设计限制了调焦盖转动的行程,避免调焦盖在进行转动调焦的时候脱离焦透镜架,增强结构的稳定性。
4、本实用新型的LED灯具组件包括LED灯珠、导线和热缩套管,安装时,将LED灯珠的正负极与导线连接,正负极之间用隔离柱分离,再用热缩套管套住加热包紧,增加结构之间的密封性,隔离柱的设计能够有效避免短路的情况发生,增加结构的安全性能,延长结构的使用寿命。
5、本实用新型还提出了一种投影灯串,即用导线把多个本实用新型提出的投影灯连接在一起,并通过控制器使这些投影灯的影像连贯在一起,形成简单的动感影像,使得视觉效果更加的好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述,参见图1-图11,
一种新型投影灯,包括光源,光源为LED灯具组件1(由导线和LED灯珠组成的灯串),安装LED灯具组件1的固定座2以及透镜架4,所述透镜架4内依次安装有聚光透镜3和菲林片5,透镜架4后端连接在所述固定座2上,透镜架4前端转动设置有调焦盖6,调焦盖6内安装有成像透镜7。所述LED灯具组件1、聚光透镜3、菲林片5和成像透镜7同轴设置,本实用新型通过转动调焦盖6从而转动成像透镜7,使得成像透镜7远离或靠近所述菲林片5,以此来调节成像透镜7的焦距。
所述LED灯具组件1包括LED灯珠11、导线14和热缩套管12,LED灯珠11的正负极分别连接有导线14并通过热缩套管12进行固定,热缩套管12设置有隔离柱13,隔离柱13位于正负极的导线14之间;所述LED灯珠11与所述聚光透镜3同轴设置。安装本实用新型时,将LED灯珠11的正负两极与导线14相连,并在正负两极之间压设隔离柱13,然后再用热缩套管12套住并加热包紧,完成LED灯具组件1的组装。本实用新型所用的光源为由导线直接与灯珠连接而成的LED灯串,与市面上的大功率LED与铝基板组合而成的光源具有明显的区别,本实用新型此种光源在安装时无需另外安装严密的防水和散热结构,能够大大降低生产成本。
所述调焦盖6内侧开设有若干圈内螺纹,所述透镜架4外端成型有与所述内螺纹相匹配的若干圈外螺纹。以螺纹的方式来达到透镜架4与调焦盖6的转动连接。
所述透镜架4外周套设有限位盖8,限位盖8前端成型有限位凸缘85,与之对应的,所述调焦盖6内端设置有限位凸边63,在转动调焦盖6进行调焦时,由于限位凸边63和限位凸缘85的限制,可避免调焦盖6由于转动幅度过大而脱离透镜架4,增强结构的稳定性,延长使用寿命;所述限位盖8内壁开设有限位槽81,所述固定座2外周成型有与所述限位槽81相配合的弹性限位块24,弹性限位块24上成型有限位勾25,所述限位槽81内设置有限位卡台82,限位勾25扣在限位卡台82上,完成限位盖8与固定座2的组装。
所述固定座2成型有安装柱21,安装柱21开设有用于安装所述LED灯具组件1的安装腔22;固定座2周侧开设有若干个卡槽23,所述透镜架4内端成型有若干个与所述卡槽23相配合的卡条44,本实施例中,卡槽23和卡条均设置有两个,为了增强结构的稳定性,可以在实际生产过程中设置多个;同时,所述固定座2内设置有若干根安装柱26,对应的,所述透镜架4内端成型有安装销45,安装销45配合安装在安装柱26上。将上述的LED灯具组件1组装完成后,将其固定在安装柱21内,两侧的导线从固定座2的卡槽23穿出,完成LED灯具组件1与固定座2的定位安装。
所述透镜架4内周开设有环形安装槽41,所述聚光透镜3卡装在环形安装槽41内;所述透镜架4前端开设有若干个凹槽42,所述菲林片5上成型有与所述凹槽42相配合的凸起51,所述透镜架4前端还安装有盖片43,盖片43位于菲林片5前侧。所述盖片43边缘成型有限位卡块431,限位卡块431卡在所述凹槽42内。安装时,先将聚光透镜3安装在环形安装槽41内,再将菲林片盖设在聚光透镜3外端,最后将盖片43盖在最外侧,完成透镜架4的安装。
所述调焦盖6前端向内凹陷成型有安装凸台61,安装凸台61周侧壁上设置有若干个限位凸点62,所述成像透镜7卡装在安装凸台61上,成像透镜7外侧卡在限位凸点62内,限位凸点62的设计可避免成像透镜7在使用的过程中掉出,增强结构的稳定性。
所述限位盖8铰接有支撑杆9,限位盖8与支撑杆9的铰接结构具体为:所述限位盖8下端成型有铰接段83,所述支撑杆9上端成型有与铰接段83相配合的铰接部91;
所述铰接段83上成型有若干个轮齿84,所述铰接部91内设置有限位凸块92,当需要将投影灯转变角度时,转动铰接段83,限位凸块92卡在相邻两个轮齿84之间实现定位;或者所述铰接段83上设置有限位凸块,所述铰接部91内开设有轮齿,同样用限位凸块92于轮齿的配合来实现转动定位,从而使投影灯能够根据实际使用需求来进行角度变化,配合各种不同的场合,适用范围广。
所述支撑杆9下端连接有地插10,支撑杆9与地插10的具体连接结构为:支撑杆9内部空心设计,地插10上端成型有连接杆,将连接杆插入支撑杆9中部通孔即可完成两者的安装。
一种投影灯串,包括若干个上述的投影灯,若干个投影灯通过导线14串联或并联在一起:将若干个LED灯珠用导线连接起来形成LED灯串,每个所述LED灯具组件1对应安装在一个所述固定座2的安装柱21内,所述导线14从固定座2上的卡槽23穿出。
本实用新型的组装步骤为:
a.首先把LED灯珠用导线连接起来,灯珠的正负极用隔离柱分开,再用热缩套管套住加热包紧,组成一条灯串;
b.把灯串的LED灯具组件部分从塞进固定座,导线可从固定座上设置的卡槽穿出(如图11所示),聚光透镜、菲林片对好槽位放入到透镜支架的安装槽中,然后再盖上盖片,再把透镜架的卡条对应地插入到固定座的卡槽中,此时光源、聚光透镜、影像已组成一体;
c.调焦盖前口部装上成像透镜,然后再将调焦盖旋进透镜架的螺纹上,完成调焦盖的组装;
d.把限位盖与固定座对好卡位,插入压紧,之后调焦盖可以在透镜支架上通过旋转来调节焦距,而通过限位盖使其定位而不会被旋转出来,这样投影灯的主体就组装完成;
e.把限位盖的铰接段插放到支撑杆的铰接部上,支撑杆底部再插上地插,完成整个投影灯串的组装,最后通电就可使用了。
本实用新型的各个部件之间都无需螺钉固定,结构简单,安装方便,节约人工成本,同时也不需要密封及散热装置,省电节能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型投影灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯具组件包括LED灯珠、导线和热缩套管,LED灯珠的正负极分别连接有导线并通过热缩套管进行固定,正负极的导线之间设置有隔离柱;所述LED灯珠与所述聚光透镜同轴设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型投影灯,其特征在于:所述调焦盖内侧开设有若干圈内螺纹,所述透镜架外端成型有与所述内螺纹相匹配的若干圈外螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型投影灯,其特征在于:所述透镜架外周套设有限位盖,所述限位盖前端成型有限位凸缘,限位盖内壁开设有限位槽;所述固定座上配合设置有用于将所述限位盖与所述固定座结合成一体的连接件,所述连接件为一弹性限位块,弹性限位块可卡入所述限位槽内并将固定座和限位盖结合为一体。
