本实用新型的目的便是提供一种自动翻锅开盖蒸煮锅。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型包括架体、锅体和锅盖，其特征在于，所述架体上设置有锅体放置槽，所述锅体放置槽通过卡扣与锅体连接，所述锅体的锅盖顶部通过转轴与开盖弯臂连接，所述开盖弯臂的底部通过销轴与架体的舱体上部连接，销轴的一端通过连接件与翻盖油缸的顶部转动连接，所述翻盖油缸设置在舱体的侧壁上。
作为优选，所述开盖弯臂的一侧通过销轴与旋盖油缸的底部连接，所述旋盖油缸的顶部与锅盖的顶端转动连接。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括架体1、锅体2和锅盖，其特征在于，所述架体1上设置有锅体放置槽4，所述锅体放置槽4通过卡扣与锅体2连接，所述锅体2的锅盖顶部通过转轴与开盖弯臂5连接，所述开盖弯臂5的底部通过销轴与架体1的舱体7上部连接，销轴的一端通过连接件8与翻盖油缸9的顶部转动连接，所述翻盖油缸9设置在舱体7的侧壁上。
所述开盖弯臂5的一侧通过销轴与旋盖油缸6的底部连接，所述旋盖油缸6的顶部与锅盖的顶端转动连接。
所述架体1的舱体7内部安装有翻锅油缸10，所述翻锅油缸10的顶部与贯穿舱体7的旋转接头11外壁销轴连接，所述旋转接头11的一端与锅体放置槽4的外壁连接，所述锅体放置槽4的一端设置有贯穿轴承座12的横柱13，所述轴承座12安装在架体1的上部。
