技术领域

背景技术
高湾照明灯具在现有技术中是公知的。一般来说,高湾照明灯具用于在高净空区,如仓库、制造设施、车库等,以提供均匀分布的光。通常,高湾照明灯具使用荧光或HID (高强度放电)照明。
实用新型内容

具体实施方式
参照图1-2,固态高湾照明灯具10可用于多种应用中,包括高安装应用。照明灯具10可缆绳安装,悬吊安装或吸顶安装。
照明灯具10一般包括至少两个照明模块12、至少一个底板14,至少一个上板16,和至少两个端盖18。照明灯具10由这些组件构成一个整体的照明装置,包括至少一个腔室20,用于根据需要接收驱动器22和其他电气组件。
每个照明模块12包括本体24(图3-5),其配置为沿其一个面限定开口通道26。本体24优选由具有良好导热性能的材料形成,例如金属(如铝)。本体24可形成有一个大致恒定的横截面,从而可以通过挤压形成。本体24可包括多个凸出的翅片28。翅片 28使得散热提高。翅片28可形成于开口通道26的对面的本体24上。本体24可具有为每个照明模块12设置的相同的横截面,但相对于照明灯具10具有不同的方向,例如如图中所示,以对称的方式显示翅片28。

如图8-10,每个照明模块12配置透镜或扩散器34,形成至少部分覆盖开口通道26,使得产生的光线从中穿过。透镜或扩散器34可以形成不同程度的不透明度,以使得不同程度的光通过。透镜或扩散器34也可以被配置为允许展开或聚焦光分布,这是本领域所知的。
优选地,透镜或扩散器34完全覆盖开口通道26。本体24可设置沿开口通道26的边缘延伸的安装通道36。透镜或扩散器34通过插入所述安装通道36被安装到本体24 中。这种设置为透镜或扩散器34提供了边缘安装。

一个或多个散热片41(图15-16)可安装于上板16,例如,通过一个或多个开口 38,散发腔室20内产生热量。散热片41可以具有翅片43或其它突出结构,以增强散热效果。优选地,散热片41优选由具有良好导热性能的材料(例如,铝)制成。

如本领域技术人员所知,照明灯具10可通过附加照明模块12扩大到更大的尺寸,例如,两个以上的照明模块12。照明模块的增加导致了额外的底板和上板的使用。内部设置照明模块可以适于沿着各自的开口边缘的两侧安装通道,以便在底板的两侧允许边缘安装。照明模块的增加也会导致腔室的增加。根据照明灯具的需要,可以在腔室内提供电气元件。可能仅在两个或多个腔室设置单个组件,例如单个传感器或驱动器。这些腔室不需要被同样地装备。
此外,照明灯具10可以被缩放到不同大小的尺寸,通过照明模块12使用一般不变的截面本体24,这使得长型材形成并切成需要的长度。类似的,底板14和上板16 可以切成需要的长度。根据照明模块12的数量和长度,照明灯具10可在长度和宽度上进行缩放。
照明灯具10可以任何已知方式安装,包括悬挂绳缆46和/或吊杆48,通过安装孔、支架和其他已知的方式固定到照明灯具10。

Claims (14)

1.一种模块化固态高湾灯具,包括:
第一和第二本体,每一个本体沿着一个面限定一个开口通道;
多个固态发光元件,设置在所述第一和第二本体的所述开口通道内;
第一透镜,延伸横跨所述第一本体的所述开口通道;
第二透镜,延伸横跨所述第二本体的所述开口通道,所述第二透镜与所述第一透镜隔开;
底板,在所述第一和第二本体之间延伸并连续接触所述第一和第二本体;以及,
上板,在所述第一和第二本体之间延伸并连续接触所述第一和第二本体,其中,所述上板与所述底板隔开,且至少部分上覆盖所述底板,以在所述第一和第二本体之间部分地限定一个腔室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯具,还包括第一和第二端盖,所述第一和第二本体、所述底板、及所述上板封于所述第一和第二端盖之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中,所述上板与所述第一和第二端盖整体形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一和第二本体具有相同的横截面。
