本实用新型涉及一种半成品蔬菜种植托盘,属于种植技术领域。
背景技术
对于远航、戍边、沙漠、海岛、援外或边远工程等无蔬菜种植条件的环境,吃蔬菜难是老问题;要吃到新鲜的活体蔬菜几乎是不可能的事。
传统的蔬菜消费,一般为非活体蔬菜,由蔬菜生产者将蔬菜采割后经多种层次或渠道贩卖到消费者手上。采割后的蔬菜涉及到保鲜、搬运和保存等多个环节,由于多数蔬菜极易腐烂,不易长期保存,必然导致时令蔬菜的销售期短,蔬菜新鲜度保持难,销售成本高,甚至会出现为保鲜使用保鲜剂等手段。另外传统的蔬菜生产主要在田间或种植大棚中,要避免施用农药和化肥是非常困难的,不用化肥或农药的有机绿色蔬菜产量非常有限和成本高居不下。

本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种半成品蔬菜种植托盘。本实用新型可以实现半成品蔬菜的工业化生产模式大量复制生产,且生产的半成品蔬菜便于长期保存,解决了蔬菜远距离、长期储存的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案:半成品蔬菜种植托盘,其特点是:包括底部带出水孔的种植托盘;种植托盘内,从下至上依次叠放有沥水层、营养层和种子层;所述种子层包括两层粘合在一起的纤维层,两层纤维层之间均匀分布有蔬菜种子。
上述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘中,所述营养层包括多层粘结在一起的纤维层,各纤维层之间均匀分布有养分颗粒。
前述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘中,所述营养层的数量为多层,各层营养层内设有不同的养分颗粒。
前述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘中,所述沥水层为带孔结构层或网状结构层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型分别将蔬菜种子和种植养分以层状结构为载体叠层堆放在种植托盘中,可以实现工业化生产模式大量复制生产,可长期保存,解决了蔬菜远距离、长期储存的问题;需要食用蔬菜时仅需将本实用新型浇上水,待种子发芽给予光照等环境因素即可快速和价廉地得到鲜活的有机绿色活体蔬菜。

实施例。半成品蔬菜种植托盘,如图1所示:包括底部带出水孔的种植托盘2.2;种植托盘2.2内,从下至上依次叠放有沥水层2.2.3、营养层2.2.2和种子层2.2.1;所述种子层2.2.1包括两层粘合在一起的纤维层,两层纤维层之间均匀分布有蔬菜种子。所述营养层2.2.2 包括多层粘结在一起的纤维层,各纤维层之间均匀分布有养分颗粒。所述营养层2.2.2的数量为多层,各层营养层内设有不同的养分颗粒。所述沥水层2.2.3为带孔结构层或网状结构层。其中纤维层可使用易降解材料,如泥炭、椰土。
所述种子层由植物种子均布在上下两层易分解的纤维层(泥炭、椰土等)中间,再在生产线上根据种植托盘按规格压合粘结、烘干成型(根据植物种子,纤维层中还可以附加营养成分)。
所述营养层由适合植物生长的养分周围加易分解的纤维在生产线上根据种植托盘按规格压合粘结、烘干成型;通过设置多种所含养分不同和/或厚度不同的多规格营养层,在植物栽培时,根据种植物的需要自由组合。

1.半成品蔬菜种植托盘,其特征在于:包括底部带出水孔的种植托盘(2.2);种植托盘(2.2)内,从下至上依次叠放有沥水层(2.2.3)、营养层(2.2.2)和种子层(2.2.1);所述种子层(2.2.1)包括两层粘合在一起的纤维层,两层纤维层之间均匀分布有蔬菜种子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘,其特征在于:所述营养层(2.2.2)包括多层粘结在一起的纤维层,各纤维层之间均匀分布有养分颗粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘,其特征在于:所述营养层(2.2.2)的数量为多层,各层营养层内设有不同的养分颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半成品蔬菜种植托盘,其特征在于:所述沥水层(2.2.3)为带孔结构层或网状结构层。
