Abstract
本实用新型提供一种永久性植入式前列腺段尿
道扩张管，其外形特征为匝间有间隔的弹簧管状，通
过膀胱镜放入前列腺段尿道内，扩张、支撑狭窄或闭
塞的尿道，使前列腺增生引起的尿道狭窄症的治疗，
达到无损伤、无痛苦、见效迅速、不易复发的疗效。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种治疗前列腺增生而引起的尿道狭窄症的医疗器械。
前列腺增生可引起尿道狭窄，小便不畅，甚至完全闭塞，是一种严重危害老年人健康的常见病。过去一般采用药物治疗、手术切除，电切扩张，气囊扩张等疗法。存在着疗效差，有损伤，易复发等缺点。
本实用新型是一种匝间有较大间隔的弹簧状永久性植入式前列腺段尿道扩张管，通过膀胱镜将扩张管植入前列腺段尿道内，扩张、支撑狭窄或闭塞的尿道，使前列腺增生引起的尿道狭窄症的治疗，达到无损伤，无痛苦，见效迅速，不易复发的疗效。
本实用新型是这样实现的：扩张管的材料采用与人体组织相容性很好的医用胸骨钢丝，最好采用钛钢丝，可永久植入人体组织而不易发生变质或引起炎症。由图1可见，其形状为匝间有较大间隔的较希疏的弹簧管状，以增加伸缩性和弯曲性，使植入尿道后不易引起粘膜损伤和产生异物感，并可随着前列腺的增长而自动拉长，由于弹簧匝间存在间隔，使每一匝钢丝均可嵌入粘膜，可有效地防止位移和结石的发生，达到永久性植入的效果。本实用新型可按尺寸分若干规格，以适应不同患者。
使用时，先按膀胱镜检查方法将膀胱镜插入患者尿道前列腺段，找到狭窄部位，测量长度，保留镜鞘，抽出窥镜，用膀胱镜所配闭孔器将经选择规格适当的尿道扩张管推入镜鞘，到达镜鞘内端口后，固定闭孔器，使其顶住尿道扩张管，然后外抽镜鞘，当抽出长度略大于尿道扩张管时，说明尿道扩张管已脱离镜鞘，可将闭孔器和镜鞘一同抽出，尿道扩张管植入完毕。植入后的尿道扩张管依靠尿道狭窄部位前列腺的自然向心压力，使钢丝嵌入粘膜而定位，但要注意植入位置不能影响外尿道扩约肌的功能。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，避免了手术，电切疗法损伤大、出血多、受患者体质条件限制的缺点，克服了药物疗法和气囊疗法疗效低易于复发的不足之处，使该病症的治疗不受患者体质条件的限制，无损伤、无痛苦，见效迅速，不易复发，由于弹簧管匝间的间隔使弹簧嵌入粘膜，避免了结石和位移的发生，达到永久性植入。
图1为弹簧状植入式前列腺段尿道扩张管。

1、一种永久性植入式前列腺段尿道扩张管，其特征在于所述的尿道扩张管为弹簧管状，弹簧匝间有间隔，是用钛钢或医用胸骨不锈钢丝做成。
2、一种永久性植入式前列腺段尿道扩张管，其特征在于所述的尿道扩张管是依靠钢丝嵌入粘膜而达到永久性固定。
