背景技术
已知的法兰杆生产过程中，法兰杆靠普通挡板定位，生产的法兰杆上下段经过人工方向对接，而后进行编号，需要消耗人力，且装卸电杆不方便，效率低，对此缺陷目前尚无良好的技术方案解决。
发明内容
本实用新型万向法兰挡板以凹凸梯形槽组合紧固垂直式控制，生产出的法兰分段杆可以自由对接成功，节省大量人力和装卸时间，提高了生产效率。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的万向法兰挡板是以下述方式实现的：设凹形挡板和凸形挡板，凹形挡板上设有凹槽，凸形挡板上设有凸槽；把凸形挡板一分为二，垂直分别焊到上下钢模根部边沿，把凹形挡板和凸形挡板利用凹槽和凸槽组合，使之成为一个整体，同样的方法制作法兰电杆上下段，脱模后上下段按不同方向可以对接，使对接的电杆保持一条直线。
本实用新型的有益效果是：节省大量人力和装卸时间，提高了生产效率。

按照图1、图2、图3所示的万向法兰挡板，设凹形挡板2和凸形挡板3，凹形挡板2上设有凹槽1，凸形挡板3上设有凸槽4。
操作程序：把凸形挡板3一分为二，垂直分别焊到上下钢模根部边沿，把凹形挡板2和凸形挡板3利用凹槽1和凸槽4组合，使之成为一个整体，同样的方法制作法兰电杆上下段，脱模后上下段按不同方向可以对接，使对接的电杆保持一条直线。
