本实用新型涉及一种电动汽车充电桩,特别涉及户外壁挂式充电桩。
背景技术
目前,现有的电动汽车充电桩很多是壁挂式的,该方式的优点在于可充分利用空间,减小占地面积,但是,该方式的缺点在于:不易便于安装和拆卸, 也就是说,安装的时候必须先托住充电桩的箱体,然后再将配电柜固定在墙壁上,而且户外的墙壁很多地方并不是平滑的垂直面,在一些墙壁表面有坑洼,或墙壁面不平整的地方,安装就很不方便,会造成充电桩的倾斜,安装不牢固。

本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题,提供户外壁挂式充电桩,不仅解决了安装不便的问题,而且即使在不平整的表面,也能够保证充电桩安装得端正,牢固。
实用新型的技术方案如下:
户外壁挂式充电桩,包括箱体,悬挂支架,所述悬挂支架由竖直侧壁和水平底板组成,所述竖直侧壁上设有若干安装孔,一对调节孔和挂钩,所述调节孔内安装有与之适配的螺纹支撑脚;
所述箱体安装在所述水平底板上,所述箱体侧壁设有与所述挂钩适配的挂钩孔;所述水平底板上还设有线槽。
优选的:所述悬挂支架的挂角处为圆形倒角。
本实用新型的有益效果是:安装时,先安装好悬挂支架,然后充电桩的箱体就可以放置在悬挂支架上安装,解决了安装不方便的问题。
而且,当遇到表面不平整的墙壁,有凹陷或者坑洼的墙壁上,可以通过旋转螺纹支撑脚,调整螺纹支撑脚伸出的长度,来确保悬挂支架的竖直侧壁垂直于水平地面,从而保证了充电桩的水平放置和安装。

户外壁挂式充电桩,包括箱体1,悬挂支架2,所述悬挂支架2由竖直侧壁3和水平底板4组成,所述竖直侧壁3上设有若干安装孔5,一对调节孔6和挂钩7,所述调节孔6内安装有与之适配的螺纹支撑脚8;
所述箱体1安装在所述水平底板4上,所述箱体1侧壁设有与所述挂钩7适配的挂钩7孔;所述水平底板4上还设有线槽9。
安装时,先通过安装孔5,将悬挂支架2安装好,固定在墙壁上,然后充电桩的箱体1就可以放置在悬挂支架2上安装,并且通过挂钩7孔,挂在挂钩7上进行有效的固定,解决了安装不方便的问题。充电桩的充电线可以放置在线槽9内,解决了充电线随地乱放的问题。
而且,当遇到表面不平整的墙壁,有凹陷或者坑洼的墙壁上,可以通过旋转螺纹支撑脚8,调整螺纹支撑脚8伸出的长度,来确保悬挂支架2的竖直侧壁3垂直于水平地面,从而保证了充电桩的水平放置和安装。
优选的:所述悬挂支架2的挂角处为圆形倒角,放置过路的行人碰撞到,造成刮伤。
