一种开关调光定色功能灯泡,包括灯罩、灯头、控制板和有多个LED灯珠的光源,所述灯罩与灯头连接,灯罩与灯头连接后形成容置腔,所述控制板和光源均位于容置腔内,所述控制板包括控制模块、电源模块以及用于驱动多个LED灯珠的驱动模块,所述电源模块与灯头电连接,且电源模块以及驱动模块均与控制模块电连接,所述光源与驱动模块电连接;控制板还包括过零检测模块,所述过零检测模块与控制模块电连接。多个LED灯珠能同步闪烁了;并且整体结构简单,制备成本低,可通过控制模块实现单个LED灯珠或多个LED灯珠点亮,可用于作为照明、节日装饰和植物生长补光灯,使用灵活性较好。

本实用新型LED技术领域,尤其涉及一种开关调光定色功能灯泡。
背景技术:
随着LED技术长足发展和成本不段降低,开关调光定色功能灯泡作为LED照明一个分支,在国内和欧美市场大受欢迎,作为照明、节日装饰和植物生长补光灯,市场需求增长强劲,潜力巨大。但是现有技术的开关调光定色功能灯泡虽然具有闪烁功能,但是设置在开关调光定色功能灯泡内的多个LED灯珠并不能同步闪烁,这样使用效果较差。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种使用效果较好的开关调光定色功能灯泡。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种开关调光定色功能灯泡,包括灯罩、灯头、控制板和有多个LED灯珠的光源,所述灯罩与灯头连接,灯罩与灯头连接后形成容置腔,所述控制板和光源均位于容置腔内,所述控制板包括控制模块、电源模块以及用于驱动多个LED灯珠的驱动模块,所述电源模块与灯头电连接,且电源模块以及驱动模块均与控制模块电连接,所述光源与驱动模块电连接;控制板还包括过零检测模块,所述过零检测模块与控制模块电连接
采用以上结构与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:设置了一个过零检测模块,用于将交流电正弦波每周过零信号检测出来给控制模块作为闪烁频率基准,这样就可以保证多个LED灯珠能同步闪烁了;并且整体结构简单,制备成本低,可通过控制模块实现单个LED灯珠或多个LED灯珠点亮,可用于作为照明、节日装饰和植物生长补光灯,使用灵活性较好。
作为优选,多个LED灯珠为多种颜色的LED灯珠;设置多个不用颜色的LED灯珠,可满足不同的使用需求,使得本实用新型的使用灵活性更好。
作为优选,它还包括用于切换LED灯珠工作状态的切换开关,所述切换开关与控制模块电连接。这样就可以通过控制切换开关来切换不同颜色的LED灯珠的工作状态,满足不同用户的需求。
作为优选,切换开关为按压信号开关。这样调节多个LED灯珠只需要这一个切换开关即可,可以根据按压时间长短,或者短时间按压次数来进行控制,控制比较方便。
作为优选,所述灯罩与灯头之间设有圆筒形的塑料连接件,所述塑料连接件一端与灯罩连接,塑料连接件另一端与灯头连接;所述控制板和光源均连接在塑料连接件内,且光源位于塑料连接件近灯罩的一端;则这样设置后,使得控制板和光源更易于安装,可提高生产效率,且也可消除控制板的遮光效应在灯罩上出现,提高用户的使用效果,再者塑料连接件也使得灯头与控制板和光源之间的绝缘性更好,更不易出现短路或击穿的情况。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步描述,但是本实用新型不仅限于以下具体实施方式。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种开关调光定色功能灯泡,灯罩1、灯头5、控制板3和有多个LED灯珠的光源2,灯罩1与灯头5连接,当然灯头5的后端设有帽钉6,灯罩1与灯头5连接后形成容置腔,控制板3和光源2均位于容置腔内,控制板3包括控制模块、电源模块以及用于驱动多个LED灯珠的驱动模块,电源模块与灯头5电连接,且电源模块以及驱动模块均与控制模块电连接,光源2与驱动模块电连接;控制板3还包括过零检测模块,过零检测模块与控制模块电连接。
多个LED灯珠为多种颜色的LED灯珠。
它还包括用于切换LED灯珠工作状态的切换开关,切换开关与控制模块电连接。
切换开关为按压信号开关,一般按压信号开关设置在塑料连接件上。
灯罩1与灯头5之间设有圆筒形的塑料连接件4,塑料连接件4一端与灯罩1连接,塑料连接件4另一端与灯头5连接;控制板3和光源2均连接在塑料连接件4内,且光源2位于塑料连接件4近灯罩1的一端。
开关调光定色功能灯泡插上电后,首先LED灯珠中的白色LED灯珠点亮,连续按两次按压切换开关后,控制模块检测到切换开关这个动作,执行下一个亮灯指令,灯泡中的红绿蓝LED进入到自动循环闪烁模式,过零检测模块将交流电正弦波每周过零信号检测出来送入控制模块作为闪烁频率基准,保证多个灯泡闪烁同步。再连续按压两次切换开关,控制模块检测到切换开关动作,执行下一个亮灯指令,灯泡中的红绿蓝LED进入到定色模式,既固定亮按开关时当前LED闪烁LED颜色,不再跳闪。再次连续按两次切换开关后,控制模块到切换开关这个动作,执行下一个亮灯指令,亮白光,所有功能按上述环节循环。
本产品将开关调光调色技术和电网正弦波过零检测术综合在一起,实现在同一线路上多个灯泡同步调节LED颜色变色、定色和同步闪动功能,降低了成本,本产品作为照明、节日装饰和植物生长补光灯,产品功能新颖,操控方便,亮灯效果美观大方,极大的提高用户使用体验,产品推出后,深受国内外市场欢迎,表现出了巨大的市场价值。

1.一种开关调光定色功能灯泡,包括灯罩、灯头、控制板和有多个LED灯珠的光源,所述灯罩与灯头连接,灯罩与灯头连接后形成容置腔,所述控制板和光源均位于容置腔内,其特征在于:所述控制板包括控制模块、电源模块以及用于驱动多个LED灯珠的驱动模块,所述电源模块与灯头电连接,且电源模块以及驱动模块均与控制模块电连接,所述光源与驱动模块电连接;控制板还包括过零检测模块,所述过零检测模块与控制模块电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关调光定色功能灯泡,其特征在于:所述多个LED灯珠为多种颜色的LED灯珠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的开关调光定色功能灯泡,其特征在于:它还包括用于切换LED灯珠工作状态的切换开关,所述切换开关与控制模块电连接。
