随着调味罐的逐渐普及到每家每户，调味罐的款式也多种多样，推陈出新。目前市面上的调味罐面临的普遍的问题都是手柄盖使用时间长了，盖子转轴处磨损老化，翻盖时盖子容易松脱；手柄太单薄，不利于使用者握持调味罐，舒适性差，因此，如何让手柄盖安装更加方便和使用更加牢固，让手柄握持位置更加舒适是目前亟待解决的技术问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的调味罐用手柄结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是一种调味罐用手柄结构，包括手柄体、手柄内盖和手柄盖，所述手柄体包括与罐口凹槽相配合的扣环和与所述扣环一体成型的手柄，在所述扣环的内侧面设有卡扣凸起，在所述手柄的顶部设有手柄盖转轴凸位，所述手柄盖包括一体成型的盖体和手柄连接部，在所述手柄连接部内设有底面开口的转轴凹槽，所述手柄盖转轴凸位卡扣在所述转轴凹槽内，手柄内盖包括用于安装在手柄内侧的一体成形的环形手柄状部件；所述手柄内盖卡扣固定在手柄的内侧面上。
在所述扣环的外侧面顶部设有抵压槽，所述手柄盖与手柄体盖合时，所述盖体的底面抵压在抵压槽上。
在所述手柄内盖的外侧面上设有卡扣凹槽，所述手柄内盖通过卡扣凹槽卡固在手柄的内侧面上。
所述手柄盖转轴凸位的截面为矩形且两侧边为圆形，且所述手柄盖转轴凸位与水平面呈锐角设置。

见图1和图2，一种调味罐用手柄结构，包括手柄体2、手柄内盖5和手柄盖1，所述手柄体2包括与罐口凹槽3相配合的扣环21和与所述扣环21一体成型的手柄22，在所述扣环21的内侧面设有卡扣凸起23，在所述手柄22的顶部设有手柄盖转轴凸位24，所述手柄盖1包括一体成型的盖体11和手柄连接部12，在所述手柄连接部12内设有底面开口的转轴凹槽13，所述手柄盖转轴凸位24卡扣在所述转轴凹槽13内。本实施例中，可通用于不同的材质，包括但不限于塑料、金属、木材等材质，通过运用不同的颜色和肌理来配合其他产品部件，达到不同的外观效果和适应不同的使用场景。在所述扣环21的外侧面顶部设有抵压槽4，所述手柄盖与手柄体盖合时，所述盖体的底面抵压在抵压槽上。手柄内盖包括用于安装在手柄内侧的一体成形的环形手柄状部件，所述手柄内盖卡扣固定在手柄的内侧面上。通过将手柄内盖与手柄位卡紧，安装上去后不容易松脱。手柄加厚，握持位置更为圆润饱满，更符合人机工程学原理。内盖安装时完全不使用粘胶固定，安装方便，安装效率高，使用上安全环保。
在所述手柄内盖的外侧面上设有卡扣凹槽，所述手柄内盖通过卡扣凹槽卡固在手柄的内侧面上。
所述手柄盖转轴凸位的截面为矩形且两侧边为圆形，且所述手柄盖转轴凸位与水平面呈锐角设置。
其安装时，先用适度的力将手柄内盖按压到手柄把手位置内侧；再将手柄体的扣环扣到玻璃的颈部，使手柄体的卡扣凸起卡位卡紧玻璃口径边缘；最后将手柄盖与手柄体成一定斜角，将手柄盖转轴凸位嵌入到手柄盖的转轴凹槽里，合上手柄盖，完成安装。
本实用新型的结构设置合理，其不但安装方便快捷，可提高安装的效率，而且可以保证使用的牢固性，使用稳定性好，适用性强且实用性好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的调味罐用手柄结构，其特征在于：在所述扣环的外侧面顶部设有抵压槽，所述手柄盖与手柄体盖合时，所述盖体的底面抵压在抵压槽上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调味罐用手柄结构，其特征在于：在所述手柄内盖的外侧面上设有卡扣凹槽，所述手柄内盖通过卡扣凹槽卡固在手柄的内侧面上。
