Referring to fig. 1-3, the cleaning sleeve of the present invention is suitable for being worn on the outside of a finger or an appliance to clean the inside of the oral cavity, for example, as shown in fig. 2-3, the cleaning sleeve of the present invention can be used directly on the finger (e.g., the index finger of the right hand) used by the user, or can be used with the aid of an appliance, for example, on the head of a toothbrush (not shown). From the basic structure, the cleaning sleeve of the present invention can be called as a cleaning finger sleeve (because it can be used by being covered on a finger), but because it can be used by being covered on the outside of an appliance (such as a toothbrush head), the cleaning sleeve of the present invention contains the concept of a cleaning finger sleeve, and the protection range covered by the cleaning finger sleeve is larger than that of the cleaning finger sleeve. In addition, the cleaning sleeve of the utility model can clean the tongue coating, the gum, the inner side of the lips, the upper and lower jaws, the tongue root, the tongue under the tongue and the like in the oral cavity, and is not limited to cleaning the teeth or the tongue coating.
It can be seen that the general structure of the cleaning sheet of the present invention is intuitive, and it is a flat layered structure, including a sheet-like fabric laminated cover 1 and a single-layered sheet-like fabric grip 2, the laminated sheet-like fabric cover 1 includes a working layer 11 and a cover layer 12, and fig. 1 is a plan view, in which the front side faces the viewer, the cover layer 12 of the cover 1, and the back side is the working layer 11 of the cover 1. The stack of working and cover layers 11, 12 forms a head 13 at the top of the sleeve and a first side 14 and a second side 15 on either side of the sleeve. Wherein the working layer 11 and the sheath layer 12 are connected to form a sheath-like structure having an insertion opening 20 at the head 13 and the first side 14 and the second side 15, respectively, for example, after the working layer 11 and the sheath layer 12 are stacked, a bonding seam 30 (shown by a dotted line in the figure) can be formed at the positions of the first side 14 and the second side 15 by means of ultrasonic bonding, for example, so as to connect the first side 14 and the second side 15 together. The sheath layer 12 has an insertion edge 121 opposite the head 13 of the cleaning sheath, which insertion edge 121 forms the mouth edge of the insertion opening 20. The specific structure is apparent from fig. 2-3.
The utility model discloses an in the structure of clean cover, cover portion 1 is used for the cover to rub clean operation towards the part that needs to be clear in the outside at finger or ware, and mantle layer 12 is used for keeping cover portion 1 in the outside of finger and ware. The holding part 2 is used for fixing the cleaning sleeve by hand when in use to prevent the cleaning sleeve from slipping off fingers or objects. For example, in fig. 3, the user may grip the grip portion 2 in the palm of the hand. Alternatively, if the sleeve portion 1 is fitted over the toothbrush head, the user can grip the grip portion 2 together with the toothbrush rod in the palm, or can grip the grip portion 2 together with the toothbrush rod in the palm after wrapping the same around the toothbrush rod, so that the grip is more secure.

Alternatively, the grip portion 2 may be attached to the working layer 11 by using an additional piece of fabric conforming to the shape of the grip portion 2, i.e., the sheath portion 1 and the grip portion 2 in this embodiment may be separately prepared and then the grip portion 2 is attached to the working layer 11 of the sheath portion 1 by ultrasonic bonding or other fixing means. That is, as can be seen from the structures of the two embodiments, the grip portion 2 may be integrally extended from the working layer 11, or may be a separate structure and then connected to the working layer 11, and in the present application, the grip portion 2 is defined to be integrally extended from the working layer 11, which is a preferable scheme, and the protection range is different from that of the case where the grip portion 2 is not defined, and there is no problem that the protection ranges are the same and repeated.
In a preferred embodiment, the cleaning sleeve of the present invention may be made of degradable nonwoven fabric, which may be formed of polylactic acid fiber or the like. The cleaning sleeve can also be soaked with liquid for sale and use, the friction force of the cleaning sleeve soaked with the liquid is larger, and the cleaning effect is better. The liquid used for infiltrating the cleaning sleeve in the utility model can be pure water, and also can be other liquids with the effects of sterilization, deodorization and antiphlogosis. Certainly, the utility model discloses a clean cover also does not exclude to sell the use with the dry condition, and the consumer can dip in a little clear water after purchasing and then clean the operation. The liquid impregnated sleeve is relatively easy to use and the liquid therein ensures safety and hygiene since in some cases the consumer may not be able to obtain clean water which can be impregnated into the sleeve. In addition the utility model discloses a clean cover of degradable non-woven fabrics preparation can the natural degradation, and is friendly to the environment, therefore is applicable to the public disposable equally.
The utility model discloses an above-mentioned clean cover can be for required shape through flaky non-woven fabrics cross cutting, then can form cover portion 1 through the mode of marginal ultrasonic bonding class and the like, do not need manual sewing's process, can full flow mass production, and the intervention of external environment has been stopped to the formation in-process, can aseptic production, the sanitary security of product is high, and the materials of non-woven fabrics are little, the cost can be done very lowly, the specially adapted mass production and sale, the product of the similar function of prior art all can't accomplish easily production, low cost, production safety is convenient, be suitable for disposable.
In addition, the utility model considers that the ultrasonic bonding technology is adopted instead of the sewing mode for combination, because the existing ultrasonic bonding technology can realize faster batch production, the processing cost can be reduced, the productivity is high, the product precision is high, the full-automatic production is easy to realize, and the quality problem is easy to control; and can stop the participation of manual operation, avoid bringing into the bacterium, can improve the hygiene security of the product greatly. The sewing mode has high labor cost, relatively small capacity and very difficult full-automatic production.
In addition, the joint line 30 shown by the dotted line in the figure heats and then fuses the laminated non-woven fabrics by means of ultrasonic waves, the outer side surfaces of the laminated non-woven fabrics are not changed, and the fused joint line 30 is harder than other parts, so that in order to avoid the phenomenon that the corner is harder after ultrasonic bonding and the discomfort is caused during friction use in the oral cavity, an unbonded area is preferably arranged between the joint line 30 and the edge of the non-woven fabrics, and the width B of the unbonded area is 0.1-4 mm (as shown in figure 1). I.e. ultrasonic bonding, the bonded area is not located at the edge of the fabric, but rather is located a little inside the edge, so that a relatively stiff outer side of the joint seam 30 is left with a somewhat soft portion, which does not feel too hard to be irritating during use. Of course, fig. 1 is only a simple schematic view, and the bonding seam 30 itself has a certain width, for example, a width of 0.5-5 mm, to ensure the reliability of the ultrasonic bonding.
Further, the utility model discloses still provide some improvement that accord with human engineering, so that the utility model discloses a clean cover possesses better use and experiences, as shown in FIG. 4, it is shown according to the utility model discloses a positive structure schematic diagram of clean cover of another embodiment shows in the picture, the utility model discloses a working layer 11 and jacket layer 12 of clean cover have formed head 13 on the top of clean cover, and the both sides turning of head 13 of clean cover all is formed with the arc angle to reduce originally for the stimulation of right angled corner part to the oral cavity, user uses to experience can be better. Further, both side corners of the distal end of the grip portion 2 may also form a distal end rounded corner 22, which may obtain a curved corner profile for visual aesthetics.
Fig. 5 is a schematic front view of a cleaning cover according to another embodiment, showing that the cleaning cover of the present invention can be used for two fingers or a wider implement, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a ready-to-use state of the cleaning cover shown in fig. 5. As can be seen from fig. 5-6, because the width grow of the cleaning sleeve, when inserting two fingers, because the different fold areas that can form of finger length, in order to avoid the fold area to cause sharp corner stimulation oral cavity, in the cleaning sleeve of this embodiment, based on the design of human engineering, the arc angle that head 13 of cleaning sleeve corresponds to the operating position one side of being convenient for operate is greater than the arc angle of opposite side to make the cover portion 1 of cleaning sleeve can more laminate the surface of finger or utensil, promoted the use experience of product and felt. For example, if the user inserts the index and middle fingers of his right hand into the cleaning sleeve shown in fig. 5-6, the left side of the head 13 of the cleaning sleeve is the side of the working position for easy operation, which is more easily stressed and more flexible when performing the rubbing cleaning operation. Because the forefinger of general people is shorter than the middle finger, consequently the arc angle of the head 13 of the cleaning sleeve on one side of the working position convenient to operate is set to be bigger and can be fitted with the forefinger more, the corner fold area on one side of the corresponding forefinger disappears, the sharp corner that can not form hard because the fold area gathers causes the stimulation to the oral cavity, and the user uses more conveniently, and use experience can be better. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the arc angle on the side of the operative position of the head 13 of the cleaning sleeve of the present invention may be reversed from that shown in figures 5-6, depending on the needs of different consumer groups, such as for left-handed people.
Further, fig. 7 shows a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning sleeve according to still another embodiment, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a pre-use state of the cleaning sleeve shown in fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a use state of the cleaning sleeve shown in fig. 7, as shown in the diagram, an opening 21 for assisting in fixing by inserting fingers is arranged on the holding portion 2 of the cleaning sleeve of the embodiment, and when in use, the holding portion 2 is fixed by inserting a thumb into the opening 21, so that the cleaning sleeve is prevented from slipping off. Wherein the opening 21 may be arranged parallel to the head edge of the cleaning sleeve as shown. Alternatively, the opening 21 may be arranged perpendicular to the head edge of the cleaning sleeve (not shown in the figures). Or the opening 21 can be a hole with other shapes according to the use experience, and the direction can be set at will, as long as the finger or other fixing objects can be inserted conveniently for fixing.
In addition, because the cleaning sleeve is soaked with water when in use, the working layer 11 and the jacket layer 12 of the jacket part 1 of the cleaning sleeve are easily attached together under the action of the surface tension of liquid, the jacket part 1 is not easy to open, and fingers or appliances are inserted into the jacket part 1 from the insertion hole 20.
In particular, in fig. 10-15, the present invention is modified in various ways in the casing 12 of the cleaning cover, wherein the casing 12 has an insertion edge 121 opposite to the head 13 of the cleaning cover, the insertion edge 121 forms the mouth edge of the insertion opening 20, and the insertion edge 121 is provided with an insertion structure for facilitating insertion.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, respectively, the insertion structure is that the insertion edge 121 faces towards or departs from the arc-shaped edge of the head part 13, the length of the arc-shaped edge is longer than that of the straight edge, and the arc-shaped edge is easier to bend, so that the arc-shaped edge is easier to open and is easier to insert relative to the straight edge during operation.
In fig. 12, the insertion structure is shown as a pull edge 130 extending from the insertion edge 121 to facilitate pulling apart of the cover layer 12 during use. The edge strip 130 shown in fig. 12 may be only a relatively narrow edge strip (as shown in fig. 12) or may be a wide edge strip (not shown) extending along the entire length of the insertion edge 121. The pull edge 130 may be an integral extension of the cover layer 12 or may be a pull edge that is adhered to the insertion edge 121 to facilitate pulling. Alternatively, the pull edge 130 may be further simplified to be a thin line, which may be formed by extending the entire cover layer 12, or may be a thin line adhered to the insertion edge 121 for easy pulling.
As shown in fig. 13, the insertion structure is a slit 140 formed at the middle of the insertion edge 121, and the slit 140 forms a surface tension that breaks the linear structure of the insertion edge 121, reducing the fitting force, and making the insertion operation smoother.
The insertion structure is shown in fig. 14-15 as an arcuate edge that faces toward or away from head 13, with a cut-out 140 in the middle of the arcuate edge. That is, the embodiment shown in fig. 14 and 15 is a modified structure in which the cut 140 of fig. 13 is added to the embodiment of fig. 10 and 11, respectively, so that the insertion effect is smoother.

For example, fig. 16 shows a schematic packaging state of a cleaning sleeve according to another embodiment of the present invention, and it can be seen that the cleaning sleeve of the present invention covers the working layer 11 to protect the surface of the grip portion 2 after the grip portion is folded in the packaging state. Because the working layer 11 of the cleaning sleeve needs to be in contact with the oral organs, the surface of the cleaning sleeve should be protected during transportation and storage to avoid contamination with bacteria. It is often the case that protection is provided by an additional protective film, release paper or the like, which of course adds additional cost and thus reduces production efficiency. In the embodiment, when the product is packaged after production, the holding part 2 is directly turned and folded to cover the working layer 11 for protection, so that a protective film or release paper can be omitted, and the safety and sanitation of the product are greatly improved. After the user purchases the cleaning sleeve of the utility model, the holding part 2 can be operated to expand from the state of covering the working layer 11 so as to fix the cleaning sleeve to prevent the cleaning sleeve from separating from fingers or appliances in the using state. In addition, in the opening process, the working layer 11 cannot be contacted with fingers and other outside, and the probability of bacterial contamination is reduced.
In the product setting of this embodiment, the holding portion 2 not only has the aforesaid holding and fixing function, but also can be folded to cover the working layer 11 to protect the surface thereof, and a structure has two different functions, which is not embodied at all in the prior art, and is not obvious to those skilled in the art, and is a prominent feature of the invention.
In addition, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment that the two side corners of the end of the holding portion 2 form the end circular arc angles 22, since the circular arc angles are formed at the two side corners of the head portion 13 of the cleaning sleeve, if the two side corners of the end of the holding portion 2 are formed with the end circular arc angles 22 which are completely identical to the circular arc angles at the corresponding sides of the head portion 13 of the corresponding cleaning sleeve, when the holding portion 2 needs to be folded to cover the working layer 11 (see fig. 17 which shows a schematic structural diagram of another cleaning sleeve according to the present application), the end circular arc angles 22 can be overlapped with the circular arc angles at the two sides of the head portion 13, and no protruding portion is formed during packaging, so that the occurrence of the phenomenon that the normal use of the user is affected by wrinkles at the protruding portion can be avoided, and the use experience of the user can be further improved besides the visual aesthetic feeling.
It is to be understood by those skilled in the art that while the present invention has been described in terms of several embodiments, it is not intended that each embodiment cover a separate embodiment.
