背景技术
施工升降机是高层建筑施工过程中必不可少的一种大型机械，目前常用的施工升降机是直接使用钢管扣件式搭设构成施工升降机，外围用脚手架毛竹片当护栏，该施工升降机整体稳定性差，且毛竹片护栏容易脱落，存在安全隐患；另一种工具式施工升降机是使用方管立杆搭设，该施工升降机在重复使用过程中存在层高局限性。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便灵活的层高可变型进出料平台。
所述的一种层高可变型进出料平台，包括平台框架及设置在平台框架上的底板、层门、防护栏杆及顶部钢板，其特征在于平台框架包括一组方管柱，所述方管柱由立杆方管和内衬方管连接构成，四根方管柱通过方管框架连接形成一个平台单元，相邻两个平台单元的方管框架通过角钢连接件连接，底板及顶部钢板设置在方管柱的底部和顶部分别通过卡箍固定，防护栏杆设置在平台框架底部侧面及后面，层门设置在平台框架底部正面。

如图1-2所示，本实用新型的一种层高可变型进出料平台，包括平台框架及设置在平台框架上的底板1、层门2、防护栏杆9及顶部钢板5，平台框架包括一组方管柱，所述方管柱由立杆方管3和内衬方管4连接构成，立杆方管3顶部设有内衬方管插头，内衬方管插头与内衬方管4底端上分别间隔设置一组插孔，插销穿过插孔将内衬方管4底部与内衬方管插头固定；四根方管柱通过方管框架8连接形成一个平台单元，相邻两个平台单元的方管框架8通过角钢连接件10连接，底板1及顶部钢板5设置在方管柱的底部和顶部分别通过卡箍6固定，防护栏杆9设置在平台框架底部侧面及后面，层门2设置在平台框架底部正面，层门2的安装便于施工人员进出。
如图2所示，本实用新型的方管框架8为口字形结构，由四根横杆方管13通过立杆套管11连接构成，立杆套管11与立杆方管3匹配连接，方管框架8上同侧的两个立杆套管11上设有角钢连杆12，角钢连接件10两端与相邻两个平台单元的方管框架8上对应的角钢连杆12连接。
为了便于将该出料平台固定在墙体上，本实用新型在立杆方管3上设有将平台固定在墙面上的连墙件7。
本实用新型使用时，可以根据实际需要，内衬方管插入立杆方管顶部后，选择合适高度的内衬方管与立杆方管之间的连接孔，通过插销固定，再进行施工，相应两个单元通过角钢连接件连接，具有加固作用，且减少了原材料，本实用新型的平台在使用时，根据其高度进行调节，提高了使用灵活性，且该平台能回收重复利用，降低了成本。

1.一种层高可变型进出料平台，包括平台框架及设置在平台框架上的底板（1）、层门（2）、防护栏杆（9）及顶部钢板（5），其特征在于平台框架包括一组方管柱，所述方管柱由立杆方管（3）和内衬方管（4）连接构成，四根方管柱通过方管框架（8）连接形成一个平台单元，相邻两个平台单元的方管框架（8）通过角钢连接件（10）连接，底板（1）及顶部钢板（5）设置在方管柱的底部和顶部分别通过卡箍（6）固定，防护栏杆（9）设置在平台框架底部侧面及后面，层门（2）设置在平台框架底部正面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种层高可变型进出料平台，其特征在于方管框架（8）为口字形结构，由四根横杆方管（13）通过立杆套管（11）连接构成，立杆套管（11）与立杆方管（3）匹配连接。
