Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种色温可调的LED模组线路,包括基板、开关组件以及LED发光组件,所述开关组件和LED发光组件皆设置在基板上,LED发光组件具有至少两个不同色温的发光模块,该开关组件与LED发光组件电性连接以用于接通LED发光组件以产生不同色温的出射光,可以输出至少两种色温的光,从而实现色温调节,相比于使用控制器来调节色温来说节省了成本,且操作更加方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED模组领域,特别是一种色温可调的LED模组线路。
背景技术
传统的照明灯具电连接电源和单组光源,通过电导通电源和单组光源实现照明效果,但是,对于大多数场合,需要采用不同的色温应用到不同的应用场景。譬如对于家庭而言,照明时倾向采用暖色光展现温馨,阅读时倾向采用自然光或正白光,明亮的感觉使人精神集中提高阅读体验,而现有的照明灯具通常使用遥控器去控制和调节色温,但遥控器成本较高,调节也较不稳定。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本较低的色温可调的LED模组线路。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种色温可调的LED模组线路,包括基板、开关组件以及LED 发光组件,所述开关组件和LED发光组件皆设置在基板上,LED发光组件具有至少两个不同色温的发光模块,该开关组件与LED发光组件电性连接以用于接通LED发光组件供产生不同色温的出射光。
所述开关组件包括开关SW1、MOS管Q1、MOS管Q2、电阻R4、电阻R5、电阻R6以及电阻R7,所述发光模块为两个,分别为第一发光模块和第二发光模块,所述MOS管Q1的漏级与第一发光模块电性连接,MOS管Q1的源极与电阻R6的一端电性连接,电阻R4的一端分别与电阻R6的另一端、MOS管Q1的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1电性连接,所述MOS管Q2的漏级与第二发光模块电性连接, MOS管Q2的源极与电阻R7的一端电性连接,电阻R5的一端分别与电阻R7的另一端、MOS管Q2的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1 电性连接。
所述第一发光模块的固定色温为3000K,第二发光模块的固定色温为4000K。
所述基板上还设置有用于连接驱动LED发光组件发光的驱动电源。
本实用新型还包括灯罩,所述灯罩扣合在基板上,LED发光组件朝向该灯罩。
本实用新型还包括安装底盘,所述基板设置在安装底盘上,该安装板上还设置有安装部以供灯罩固定安装。
所述灯罩设置为亚克力灯罩、塑料灯罩、布灯罩、玻璃灯罩、金属灯罩或透光云石灯罩。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型通开关组件与LED发光组件电性连接以用于接通 LED发光组件以产生不同色温的出射光,LED发光组件具有至少两个不同色温的发光模块,摒弃了传统的使用控制器来调节色温,使生产成本更低,操作更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种色温可调的LED模组线路,包括基板1、开关组件2以及LED发光组件,所述开关组件2和LED发光组件皆设置在基板1上,LED发光组件具有至少两个不同色温的发光模块,该开关组件2与LED发光组件电性连接以用于接通LED发光组件以产生不同色温的出射光,本实用新型采用开关组件2来接通第LED 发光组件,可以输出至少两种色温的光,从而实现色温调节,相比于使用控制器来调节色温来说节省了成本,且操作更加方便。
所述开关组件2包括开关SW1、MOS管Q1、MOS管Q2、电阻R4、电阻R5、电阻R6以及电阻R7,所述发光模块为两个,分别为第一发光模块3和第二发光模块4,所述MOS管Q1的漏级与第一发光模块3电性连接,MOS管Q1的源极与电阻R6的一端电性连接,电阻 R4的一端分别与电阻R6的另一端、MOS管Q1的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1电性连接,所述MOS管Q2的漏级与第二发光模块4 电性连接,MOS管Q2的源极与电阻R7的一端电性连接,电阻R5的一端分别与电阻R7的另一端、MOS管Q2的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1电性连接,通过较少的部件能够实现调节色温的功能,结构简单但实用性好,成本较低。在本实施中,第一发光模块3、第二发光模块4均由若干个发光二极管串联和/或并联组成。
所述第一发光模块3的固定色温为3000K,第二发光模块4的固定色温为4000K,色温介于暖白光至自然白内,适合家居、酒店等场所使用,使用者在视觉感受上会较为舒适。当通过开关SW1控制MOS 管Q1导通时,第一发光模块3发射色温为3000K的出射光;通过开关SW1控制MOS管Q2导通时,第二发光模块4发射色温为4000K的出射光;当通过开关SW1控制MOS管Q1、MOS管Q2导通时,第一发光模块3、第二发光模块4均发射色温为3500K的出射光。另外,本实用新型可再增设第三发光模块,色温优选为6000K,配合开关组件 2使用,以增加色温的多样性。
另外,上述第一发光模块3、第二发光模块4的固定色温为优选色温,本实用新型包括但不局限于上述优选色温。
所述基板1上还设置有用于连接驱动LED发光组件发光的驱动电源5。
本实用新型还包括灯罩7,所述灯罩7扣合在基板1上,LED发光组件朝向该灯罩7。
本实用新型还包括安装底盘8,所述基板1设置在安装底盘8 上,该安装底盘8上还设置有安装部以供灯罩7固定安装。
所述安装部包括固定环9以及设置在安装底盘8的若干个定位柱81,灯罩7外周设置有凸缘71,固定环9套设在凸缘71上以用于将灯罩7固定在安装底盘8上,该固定环9上设置有与该定位柱 81相匹配的定位孔91,上述的安装结构较为简单实用,节省了现有技术中不必要的结构和步骤,提高了产品的实用性。
所述灯罩7设置为亚克力灯罩、塑料灯罩、布灯罩、玻璃灯罩、金属灯罩或透光云石灯罩,以提高产品的透光率,也使产品更加美观。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优先实施方式,本实用新型并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本实用新型目的的技术方案都属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:包括基板、开关组件以及LED发光组件,所述开关组件和LED发光组件皆设置在基板上,LED发光组件具有至少两个不同色温的发光模块,该开关组件与LED发光组件电性连接以用于接通LED发光组件供产生不同色温的出射光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:所述开关组件包括开关SW1、MOS管Q1、MOS管Q2、电阻R4、电阻R5、电阻R6以及电阻R7,所述发光模块为两个,分别为第一发光模块和第二发光模块,所述MOS管Q1的漏级与第一发光模块电性连接,MOS管Q1的源极与电阻R6的一端电性连接,电阻R4的一端分别与电阻R6的另一端、MOS管Q1的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1电性连接,所述MOS管Q2的漏级与第二发光模块电性连接,MOS管Q2的源极与电阻R7的一端电性连接,电阻R5的一端分别与电阻R7的另一端、MOS管Q2的栅极电性连接、另一端与开关SW1电性连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:所述第一发光模块的固定色温为3000K,第二发光模块的固定色温为4000K。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:所述基板上还设置有用于连接驱动LED发光组件发光的驱动电源。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:还包括灯罩,所述灯罩扣合在基板上,LED发光组件朝向该灯罩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:还包括安装底盘,所述基板设置在安装底盘上,该安装板上还设置有安装部以供灯罩固定安装。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种色温可调的LED模组线路,其特征在于:所述灯罩设置为亚克力灯罩、塑料灯罩、布灯罩、玻璃灯罩、金属灯罩或透光云石灯罩。
