The working process and principle are as follows: in the leakage test process, a certain amount of water source is firstly added into the water storage container 1, then the leakage tester is electrified, the control center 7 is started, at the moment, the pressure sensor 51 detects that the water pressure in the high-pressure tank 5 is relatively low, the control center 7 displays the real-time water pressure on a display screen thereof and controls the pressurizing device 3 to work, the pressurizing device 3 increases the pressure of a water source with relatively lower water pressure in the water storage container 1, so that the water pressure of the water source flowing into the high-pressure tank 5 through the second pipe 4 is relatively high, the high-pressure tank 5 itself has the high pressure resistance, and because of the temporary water storage and buffer effect of the high-pressure tank 5, the real-time water pressure can be effectively prevented from exceeding the highest water pressure allowed by the test, and then after the real-time water pressure in the high-pressure tank 5 is gradually stabilized, the water source with higher water pressure is led out through the water outlet pipeline 6 and impacted on the test piece to complete the leakage test. Meanwhile, the control center 7 can also display the test time on the display screen, so that the purpose of smoothly performing the leakage test can be achieved without manual meter reading and manual control on and off, and the operation is convenient, the control is easy, and the water pressure data and the test time data can be easily recorded.

A weighing sensor is arranged at the bottom of the water storage container 1, in the process of carrying out a leakage test, a water source in the water storage container 1 is gradually reduced, the real-time weight weighed by the weighing sensor is gradually reduced, the information is fed back to the control center 7, and when the real-time weight is smaller than the lowest weight, the water electromagnetic valve 10 is controlled by the control center 7 to be opened, so that automatic water supplement is realized; in the process that the electromagnetic valve 10 for water is opened, the water source in the water storage container 1 is gradually increased, the real-time weight weighed by the weighing sensor is gradually increased, the information is fed back to the control center 7, and when the real-time weight is larger than the highest weight, the electromagnetic valve 10 for water is controlled by the control center 7 to be closed, so that automatic water replenishing is stopped, and the water source in the water storage container 1 is prevented from being too much.
The supercharging device 3 and the high-pressure tank 5 are both arranged at the bottom of the table frame 14. 1. A leak tester, comprising:
a water storage container (1) with a built-in water source;
a plurality of supercharging devices (3) which are respectively communicated with a water source in the water storage container (1) through first pipelines (2) and are used for supercharging the water source;
the high-pressure tank (5) is communicated with the supercharging device (3) through a second pipeline (4) and is used for storing the supercharged water source, and a pressure sensor (51) used for detecting the water pressure in the high-pressure tank (5) and acquiring real-time water pressure information is arranged on the high-pressure tank (5);
a plurality of water outlet pipelines (6) which are communicated with the high-pressure tank (5) and are used for outputting water pressure and performing a leakage test; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the control center (7) is electrically connected with the pressure sensor (51) and the supercharging device (3), analyzes the received real-time water pressure information to control the supercharging device (3) to be opened and closed, and is used for displaying real-time water pressure and test time.

a detection piece (8) for detecting the water source amount in the water storage container (1),
a water supply pipe (9) extending into the water storage container (1) and communicated with an external water source,
a water electromagnetic valve (10) which is arranged on the water supply pipe (9), is electrically connected with the control center (7) and is controlled by the control center (7) to be opened and closed;
the control center (7) receives the signals obtained by the detection piece (8) to analyze and judge whether the water source in the water storage container (1) is enough or not, and when the water source is not enough, the water electromagnetic valve (10) is controlled by the control center (7) to be opened so as to realize the automatic water replenishing function.
3. The leak tester as claimed in claim 2, wherein the detecting members (8) are two sets of liquid level sensors arranged at high and low positions on the inner wall of the water storage container (1),
when the water source in the water storage container (1) is gradually reduced and the liquid level is reduced to the position of the liquid level sensor at the low position, the control center (7) controls the opening of the electromagnetic valve (10) for water;
when the water source in the water storage container (1) is gradually increased and the liquid level rises to the position of the high-level liquid level sensor, the control center (7) controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve (10) for water.
4. Leak tester according to claim 2, wherein the detection member (8) is a weighing cell arranged at the bottom of the water storage container (1) for weighing the water storage container (1) and its internal water source to obtain real-time weight information,
the control center (7) is internally provided with minimum weight information, and when the water source in the water storage container (1) is gradually reduced and the real-time weight information is less than the minimum weight information, the control center (7) controls the water electromagnetic valve (10) to be opened;
the control center (7) is internally provided with highest weight information, and when the water source in the water storage container (1) is gradually increased and the real-time weight information is larger than the highest weight information, the control center (7) controls the water electromagnetic valve (10) to be closed.
5. Leak tester according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressurization means (3) comprise: a booster pump (31) for boosting the water source, and,
a pipe joint (32) communicating with the booster pump (31), the first pipe (2) and the second pipe (4);
the leak tester further comprises: a gate frame (11) disposed across both sides of the booster pump (31), and,
and the pressing piece (12) is detachably assembled with the door-shaped frame (11) and presses the pipeline joint (32) on the door-shaped frame (11).
6. The leak tester of claim 1, further comprising: a tank (13) for accommodating the water storage container (1), the first pipeline (2), the pressure boosting device (3), the high-pressure tank (5) and the control center (7),
part of the water outlet pipeline (6) extends out of the box body (13) to carry out leakage test.
7. The leak tester of claim 6, further comprising:
a table frame (14) fixedly assembled on the inner wall of the bottom of the box body (13) and used for placing the water storage container (1) and,
and the barrier pieces (15) are arranged on two sides of the table frame (14) and are used for preventing the water storage container (1) from slipping off the table frame (14).
8. Leak tester according to claim 7, wherein the pressure boosting device (3) and/or the pressure tank (5) are provided at the bottom of the table frame (14) or,
the first pipeline (2) is a plastic hose, and the second pipeline (4) is a high-pressure-resistant hose.
9. The leak tester as recited in claim 6,
a plurality of groups of rollers (16) are arranged at the bottom of the box body (13); or,
one end of the box body (13) is provided with a handle (17) which is convenient for an operator to apply force to carry; or,
the water outlet pipe (6) is provided with a water valve (61) at the part extending out of the box body (13), a pressure release valve (62) extending out of the box body (13) is further arranged on the water outlet pipe (6), and a placing piece (18) used for placing the water valve (61) is arranged on the box body (13).
10. The leak tester as recited in claim 6,
