【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种风机,具体地应用于冰箱上。
【背景技术】
冰箱上通常安装有风机。风机一般包括机壳、电机和叶轮。其中电机带动叶轮高速运转时,会产生一定频率的震动以及噪音。
目前,市场上冰箱的风机通常使用直流无刷电机,但是直流无刷电机不可避免的存在齿槽转矩,导致外转子电机振动和噪音,而冰箱对风机的振动和噪音要求较高。
针对现有技术中冰箱的风机存在振动和噪音的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
【发明内容】
本实用新型提供一种风机,以至少解决现有技术中冰箱的风机存在振动和噪音的问题。
为了实现目的,本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种风机,使用在冰箱上。
根据本实用新型的一种风机,具有壳体,叶轮,设置在所述叶轮上的转子和转轴,以及设置在壳体上的定子,包括:设置在所述叶轮上的磁轭环;设置在所述磁轭环环内且沿轴向排列的第一圈磁环和第二圈磁环,所述第一圈磁环和所述第二圈磁环分别由两对以上的磁极组成,每两个所述磁极之间具有磁极过渡段;其中位于所述第一圈磁环上的磁极过渡段与相邻的所述第二圈磁环上的磁极过渡段在所述磁轭环的圆周方向上彼此错开。采用这种交错的磁极结构可以优化电机在运行过程中的驱动扭矩,减少电机振动和噪音中的电磁分量,从而能降低风扇振动以及产生的噪音。
优选地,所述第一圈磁环上的磁极过渡段与所述第二圈磁环的磁极过渡段按照设定角度错开。相邻磁极过渡段之间错开的角度可以根据测试效果进行设定。
优选地,所述设定角度为12度到18度。
优选地,所述第一圈磁环和所述第二圈磁环为可充磁的橡胶磁条。采用可充磁的橡胶磁条,便于充磁以及扭转成磁环后安装在磁轭环内。
优选地,所述橡胶磁条可拆卸地安装在所述磁轭环内。
优选地,所述第一圈磁环和所述第二圈磁环分别由两条以上所述橡胶磁条拼接成;所述磁极过渡段位于橡胶磁条的拼接缝位置。
优选地,所述风机还包括由第三圈磁环;其中位于所述第三圈磁环上的磁极过渡段与所述第一圈磁环上的磁极过渡段和所述第二圈磁环上的磁极过渡段在所述磁轭环的圆周方向上彼此错开。
本实用新型的另一个方面,提供了一种冰箱,具有机体,所述机体内具有上述风机。
通过本实用新型,解决了现有技术中冰箱的风机存在振动和噪音的问题,能有效地降低电机振动和噪音。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本实用新型提供了一种风机,该风机应用于冰箱的机体内。
图1是风机剖面结构的示意图,图2是叶轮组件的立体示意图,图3是图2 中的叶轮组件的剖面示意图,图4是另一种实施方式的叶轮组件的构成示意图,如图1、图2和图3所示:
一种风机1,具有壳体2,叶轮3,设置在叶轮3上的转子4和转轴8,以及设置在壳体2上的定子5,还包括:
设置在叶轮3上的磁轭环6;
设置在磁轭环6环内且沿轴向排列的第一圈磁环11和第二圈磁环12,第一圈磁环11和第二圈磁环12分别由两对以上的磁极(N级和S级)组成,每两个磁极之间具有磁极过渡段(11a,12a,);
其中位于第一圈磁环11上的磁极过渡段(11a)与相邻的第二圈磁环12上的磁极过渡段(12a)在磁轭环6的圆周方向上彼此错开。
第一圈磁环11和第二圈磁环12上具有多个磁极过渡段,在此不赘述。采用这种交错的磁极结构可以优化电机在运行过程中的驱动扭矩,减少电机振动和噪音中的电磁分量,从而能降低风扇振动以及产生的噪音。
上述第一圈磁环11上的磁极过渡段(11a)与第二圈磁环12的磁极过渡段(12a) 按照设定角度错开。因此,相邻磁极过渡段之间错开的角度可以根据测试效果进行设定。一般设定角度为12度到18度之间。
优选地,第一圈磁环11和第二圈磁环12为可充磁的橡胶磁条。采用可充磁的橡胶磁条,便于充磁以及扭转成磁环后安装在磁轭环内。同时,橡胶磁条可拆卸地安装在磁轭环内。
优选地,第一圈磁环11和第二圈磁环12分别由两条以上橡胶磁条拼接成;磁极过渡段(11a,12a)位于橡胶磁条7的拼接缝位置。可以采用三根橡胶磁条拼接方式实现磁环的制作。
相同原理,如图4所示,上述风机还可用第三圈磁环13;其中位于第三圈磁环13上的磁极过渡段(13a)与第一圈磁环11上的磁极过渡段(11a)和第二圈磁环12上的磁极过渡段(12a)在磁轭环6的圆周方向上彼此错开。
通过本实用新型,解决了现有技术中冰箱的风机存在振动和噪音的问题,能有效地降低电机振动和噪音。

1.一种风机(1),具有壳体(2),叶轮(3),设置在所述叶轮(3)上的转子(4)和转轴(8),以及设置在壳体(2)上的定子(5),其特征在于,包括:
设置在所述叶轮(3)上的磁轭环(6);
设置在所述磁轭环(6)环内且沿轴向排列的第一圈磁环(11)和第二圈磁环(12),所述第一圈磁环(11)和所述第二圈磁环(12)分别由两对以上的磁极组成,每两个所述磁极之间具有磁极过渡段(11a,12a,);
其中位于所述第一圈磁环(11)上的磁极过渡段(11a)与相邻的所述第二圈磁环(12)上的磁极过渡段(12a)在所述磁轭环(6)的圆周方向上彼此错开。
2.如权利要求1所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述第一圈磁环(11)上的磁极过渡段(11a)与所述第二圈磁环(12)的磁极过渡段(12a)按照设定角度错开。
3.如权利要求2所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述设定角度的范围为12度到18度。
4.如权利要求1所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述第一圈磁环(11)和所述第二圈磁环(12)由可充磁的橡胶磁条构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述橡胶磁条可拆卸地安装在所述磁轭环(6)内。
6.如权利要求5所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述第一圈磁环(11)和所述第二圈磁环(12)分别由两条以上所述橡胶磁条拼接成;
所述磁极过渡段(11a,12a)位于橡胶磁条的拼接缝位置。
7.如权利要求1所述的风机,其特征在于:
所述风机(1)还包括由第三圈磁环(13);
其中位于所述第三圈磁环(13)上的磁极过渡段(13a)与所述第一圈磁环(11)上的磁极过渡段(11a)和所述第二圈磁环(12)上的磁极过渡段(12a)在所述磁轭环(6)的圆周方向上彼此错开。
8.一种冰箱,具有机体,其特征在于:
所述机体内具有权利要求1至7中任意一权利要求中的风机。
