并与热释光读数仪加热盘中的槽相匹配。本实用新
型信号稳定,不会衰退,测量结果可靠,其均匀性、一
致性好,且制作工艺简单,成本极低,可广泛用在农业
上籽种辐照、植株辐照,生物上做动物试验,以及放射
治疗和食品辐照时作剂量监测,测被照物空间立体剂
量分布尤见优越。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于核技术领域里的测量辐照剂量的热释光探测器,特别是一种热释光读数仪中所使用的热释光探测器。
目前,热释光读数仪中所用的热释光探测器比较典型的是用氟化锂(LiF)、硫酸钙(CaSO4)、氟化钙(CaF2)氧化铍(BeO)、三氧化二铝(Al2O3)等材料制成的,通常的形状为片状和粉末状,粉末状再用玻璃管封装,这类材料的热释光探测器的信号均有不同程度的衰退,其观测结果的可靠性受到影响,且它们一致性较差,需加以分类精选才能应用,它们的测量上限较低,通常在103Gy(105Rad)以下,此外,它们制作工艺较复杂,成本较高。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述缺点,提供一种硅酸盐玻璃热释光探测器,它没有信号衰退,测量上限较高,一致性好,且制作工艺简单,成本很低。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是采用硅酸盐玻璃制成小细圆棒状结构的热释光探测器,其小细圆棒的长度为1cm,直径为数百μm,它与热释光读数仪加热盘中的槽相匹配。

如图1,热释光探测器1为小细圆棒形状,它采用硅酸盐玻璃拉丝制成,使用时,将它放入热释光读数仪加热盘中与其相匹配的槽中,由于本实用新型为粗细、长短一致的小细圆棒结构,因而比片状和粉末状的热释光探测器易于快速均匀加热,操作也更方便,本实用新型快速均匀加热后,使其受辐照后所贮存的能量以光能的形式释放出来,读出其发光量便可以确定其受照剂量,测量范围为10-1-104Gy(101-106Rad),长期放置不会衰退。
本实用新型的接收信号非常稳定,不会衰退,测量结果可靠性高,其读数的均匀性和一致性好,且制作工艺简单,成本极低,约为其它材料制成的热释光探测器的百分之一,生产工效很高,量程也扩展了1-3个数量级,其体积重量仅约为其它材料制成的热释光探测器的千分之一到万分之一,实用时不干扰辐照环境。本实用新型的另一个优点是邮寄十分方便,可广泛用在农业上籽种辐照、植株辐照,生物上做动物试验以及放射治疗和食品辐照时作剂量监测,尤其是测空间立体剂量分布时,其优越性更为显著。

1、一种硅酸盐玻璃热释光探测器,其特征在于它为用硅酸盐玻璃制成的小细圆棒状结构,其小细圆棒的长度为1cm,直径为数百μm,它与热释光读数仪加热盘中的槽相匹配。
