本实用新型涉及电力领域,特别是涉及一种备用电源的启动控制装置。
背景技术
备用电源的使用越来越广泛,当正常电源被切断时,为了保证电气设备装置或其某些部件所需能够正常工作,就会连接备用电源,比较常用的备用电源为蓄电池。使用蓄电池时如果长期深度放电,会造成蓄电池的过度损耗,减少蓄电池的使用寿命,并且当备用电源的电压低于某一值后,也无法满足负载正常工作电压,导致负载工作不稳定。
发明内容
基于此,本实用新型提供了一种备用电源的启动控制装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种备用电源的启动控制装置,其特征在于: 包括控制器、电压传感器、继电器和备用电源,所述控制器与电压传感器相连,电压传感器用于测量备用电源的实时电压并将电压值传送给控制器,所述继电器与控制器相连,用于接收控制器的指令后断开或联通备用电源。
进一步的,所述当备用电源电压低于2/3时,继电器断开备用电源;当备用电源电压高于5/6时,继电器联通备用电源。
进一步的,所述备用电源为两节蓄电池,每节蓄电池的电压是12V。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型通过电压传感器对备用电源的电压进行实时监控,当备用电源的电压小于预设值时,控制器驱动继电器断开备用电源,当备用电源的电压大于设定的预设值时,控制器驱动继电器联通备用电源,以防止备用电源的深度放电,造成备用电源的过度损耗,这样既然保证负载正常工作,又能控制备用电源的电压使用值,及时充电,从而延长备用电源的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种备用电源的启动控制装置,包括控制器、电压传感器、继电器和备用电源,所述控制器与电压传感器相连,电压传感器用于测量备用电源的实时电压并将电压值传送给控制器,所述继电器与控制器相连,用于接收控制器的指令后断开或联通备用电源。通过电压传感器对备用电源的电压进行实时监控,当备用电源的电压小于预设值时,控制器驱动继电器断开备用电源,当备用电源的电压大于设定的预设值时,控制器驱动继电器联通备用电源,从而防止备用电源的深度放电,造成备用电源的过度损耗,减少使用寿命。
以备用电源为蓄电池为例,每节蓄电池的电压为12V,两节蓄电池的电压为24V,当蓄电池的电压值≤16V时,控制器驱动继电器断开备用电源,当蓄电池的电压值≥20V时,控制器驱动继电器联通备用电源。
