随着光伏能源的迅速发展,光伏安装普及度日益增长,安装方式也变得多样化,屋面类光伏支架导轨连接安装繁琐,装配部件品种较多,运输生产成本较高,资源产生不必要的浪费。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种屋面光伏铝支架,其安装简易化,安装快捷,环保,预安装配合度更加牢固,提升了整体结构强度。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种屋面光伏铝支架,其特征在于,其包括第一导轨、导轨连接件、尖头螺钉、第二导轨,第一导轨的一侧上下对称各设有一个导轨滑槽,第一导轨的另一侧设有放置T型螺栓的T型槽,第一导轨的顶端设有用于安装相应卡块的卡槽,导轨连接件的一侧上下对称各设有一个滑轨,每个滑轨与每个导轨滑槽滑动连接,第一导轨和第二导轨之间通过导轨连接件连接并用尖头螺钉固定。
优选地,所述导轨滑槽的形状为凹槽状,滑轨的形状为凸起状。

下面结合附图给出本实用新型较佳实施例,以详细说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型屋面光伏铝支架包括第一导轨1、导轨连接件2、尖头螺钉3、第二导轨4,第一导轨1的一侧上下对称各设有一个导轨滑槽101,第一导轨1的另一侧设有放置T型螺栓的T型槽102,第一导轨1的顶端设有用于安装相应卡块的卡槽103,导轨连接件2的一侧上下对称各设有一个滑轨201,每个滑轨201与每个导轨滑槽101滑动连接,第一导轨1和第二导轨4之间通过导轨连接件2连接并用尖头螺钉3固定。
导轨滑槽101的形状为凹槽状,滑轨201的形状为凸起状,这样方便卡合和安装。
导轨连接件2为镂空结构,这样结构简单,降低成本。
T型槽用于固定屋面夹具,卡槽用于安装固定组件夹具。本实用新型安装简易化,安装快捷,环保,预安装配合度更加牢固,提升了整体结构强度,成本低。第一导轨、导轨连接件、第二导轨都采用铝合金材质(型号为AL6005-T5)挤出成型,方便生产和制造。
