背景技术
变电所,顾名思义就是改变电压的场所。是电力系统中对电能的电压和电流进行变换、集中和分配的场所。变电所中有多个变电柜,为了对变电柜的温度监控,变电柜中都设置有温度检测机构。目前,变电所中变电柜的温度检测机构均是互相独立的,工作人员需要每天定时对每个变电柜中温度检测机构的数据进行收集,才能对变电所中变电柜的温度进行监控,监控过程较繁琐,自动化程度较低,且无法实现全天实时监控。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种变电所用温度监控装置,使用该温度监控装置的监控过程简单,自动化程度较高,可全天实时监控。

其中,所述温度检测机构包括第一温度传感器、触控屏、第二温度传感器和控制器,所述触控屏用于安装到变电柜的外壁上,所述第一温度传感器、触控屏和第二温度传感器均通过导线与控制器相连。

由于本实用新型的变电所用温度监控装置还包括位于变电所中的信息处理基站,温度检测机构均通过导线与信息处理基站相连,信息处理基站有无线通讯网络,信息处理基站通过无线通讯网络连接有云服务器。利用变电基站可将温度检测机构检测到的温度信息收集起来,并通过无线通讯网络传递给云服务器,云服务器通过网络网温度信息推送到工作人员的手机中。工作人员通过手机即可对变电柜内的温度进行全天实时监控,整个监控过程简单,自动化程度较高。

如图1所示,本实用新型的变电所用温度监控装置包括位于变电所中各个变电柜内的温度检测机构和位于变电所中的信息处理基站。所述温度检测机构均通过导线与信息处理基站相连,信息处理基站有无线通讯网络,信息处理基站通过无线通讯网络连接有云服务器。
所述温度检测机构包括第一温度传感器、触控屏、第二温度传感器和控制器,所述触控屏用于安装到变电柜的外壁上,所述第一温度传感器、触控屏和第二温度传感器均通过导线与控制器相连。
使用时,第一温度传感器对变电柜的温度进行检测并将温度新传递给控制器,控制器将温度信息通过信息处理基站传递到云服务器中,当第一温度传感器检测到的温度高于控制器的预设阀值时,云服务器将异常数据推送到工作人员的手机。人工人员根据异常数据到相应的变电柜前,通过控制器控制第二温度检测装置对异常数据进行再次检测,从而确定电气柜是否异常。
