(2) the tail part of the gun barrel is provided with an external thread and is sleeved with a nut, and the nut is provided with a protruding part which can be clamped on the hollow round pipe body, so that the gun barrel is fastened on the end surface of the hollow round pipe body in a clamping and thread combined connection mode;

At the moment, the control unit drives the card reading unit to read the information of the RFID chip arranged on the intelligent angle valve. The RFID chip has four encrypted storage sectors, and the gas cylinder data (such as gas cylinder serial number, production date, gas cylinder property information and the like) are read after the gas gun control panel respectively identifies and decrypts each storage area. The control unit carries out preliminary data analysis on the steel cylinder information and sends the data to a microcomputer in the control box through the communication unit. (1) the system confirms that the data of the gas cylinder is normal and meets the filling condition, the microcomputer sends an inflation signal to the control unit, and the control unit carries out corresponding state indication and sends the inflation signal to the control box 36V power supply driving module after receiving the signal; the 36V power supply driving module outputs pulse alternating current to the driving coil device after receiving the signal, the driving coil device generates a powerful variable magnetic field after receiving the power supply, the variable magnetic field force enables the charge limiting device in the intelligent angle valve to generate magnetic force and enables the charge limiting device to be in an open state in the charging process, and liquefied gas can be charged into the gas cylinder.
(2) The system confirms that the data of the gas cylinder is abnormal or does not meet the filling condition, for example, the annual inspection date of the gas cylinder exceeds the limit, or the information of the gas cylinder is not owned by a station, the microcomputer sends an abnormal signal of the gas cylinder to the control unit, the control unit displays the abnormal gas cylinder state alarm through a display device (such as an indicator lamp or an alarm buzzer) after receiving the signal, at the moment, the 36V power supply driving module cannot receive the signal of requiring power supply, the filling limiting device in the intelligent angle valve is in a closed state, and at the moment, the liquefied gas cannot be filled into the.
The microcomputer in the control box forms an inflation record and sends data to the cloud server, the cloud server stores gas cylinder information and inflation record data of each liquefied gas station, the cloud server and platform software thereof can uniformly store and manage data of each liquefied gas station through the internet, and relevant enterprise and government relevant supervision departments can access the data through corresponding platform software interfaces.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent filling system for liquefied gas comprises an inflation gun device connected to a liquefied gas storage tank in an inflation station through a pressure reducing device, and is characterized by further comprising an intelligent angle valve arranged on a liquefied gas steel cylinder and a control box device arranged on the inflation station; wherein,
the intelligent angle valve comprises a chip unit and an actuating mechanism, wherein the chip unit is an RFID chip, and the actuating mechanism is a driving component and a charge limiting component; the driving assembly is provided with a magnetic conduction component and can move under the action of an external variable magnetic field, and then the charging limiting assembly is driven to control the opening and closing of the gas channel of the angle valve;
the inflating gun device is provided with a control unit, a card reading unit, a communication unit and an execution unit, wherein the control unit is respectively connected with the card reading unit, the communication unit and the execution unit; the card reading unit is a card reader capable of reading an RFID chip, and the execution unit comprises a driving coil device and a cut-off valve electric control unit; when the gun nozzle of the inflation gun device is positioned at an inflation position, the driving coil device is close to the driving component of the intelligent angle valve and generates a variable magnetic field to drive the driving component of the intelligent angle valve when the driving coil device is electrified; the cut-off valve electric control unit is connected with a cut-off valve executing mechanism arranged on a gun barrel of the inflation gun device and controls the cut-off valve executing mechanism to drive the cut-off valve to act;
the control box device comprises a control unit, the control unit is connected with the cloud server through a TCP/IP communication unit, and is connected with the communication unit of the air inflation gun device through an RS485 communication unit.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit of the control box device is further connected to a control box device execution unit through a signal line, the control box device execution unit is an electric switch installed in the control box device, and is connected to a driving coil device of the inflation gun device and a cut-off valve electric control unit through cables, the former realizes a driving component for driving the smart angle valve, and the latter realizes control of a cut-off valve execution mechanism.

the hollow pipe fitting comprises an induction cover casting and a threading pipe which are connected, wherein the front end of the induction cover casting is provided with a driving coil device, and the tail end of the threading pipe is used for connecting a cable corrugated pipe; the driving coil device and the gun nozzle are positioned at the same end, and a distance is kept between the driving coil device and the gun nozzle, and the driving coil device comprises a driving coil formed by winding a single strand of copper wire and a shell covering the outside of the driving coil;
a control panel and a display device are arranged in the induction cover casting, and the display part of the display device is embedded in the surface of the induction cover casting; a control unit, a card reading unit and a communication unit are arranged on the control panel, and the control unit is respectively connected with the driving coil device, the display device, the card reading unit and the communication unit; the card reading unit is used for reading an RFID chip arranged on an external steel cylinder angle valve, the communication unit is connected with a microcomputer arranged in an external control box through a signal wire, and the driving coil device and the control panel are respectively connected to a power supply arranged in the external control box through cables; the shut-off valve has the following structure: a valve clack and a limiting ring are arranged in a gun barrel at a gun nozzle, a pull rod positioned in the gun barrel penetrates through a through hole in the center of the limiting ring, and a sealing element is arranged between the pull rod and the through hole; one end of the pull rod is connected with the valve clack, and the other end of the pull rod is connected to the manual switch through a connecting rod structure.

(3) the tail part of the gun barrel is provided with external threads and is sleeved with two nuts, the hollow round pipe body is provided with an end face flange, and at least one gun barrel extension assembly is arranged between the nuts and the end face flange; the barrel extension subassembly has the trompil of adaptation barrel external diameter to realize the fastening through bolted connection to end flange, the barrel is fastened in barrel extension subassembly through double nut.
