在风机叶片成型工序完成、将叶片吊至翻转车后,直接将铝尖保护器套在叶片铝尖上,同时在保护器两侧将螺丝拧紧以固定,有效避免了叶片铝尖在生产过程存在的风险,提高生产效率。
